Ann Chery Women's Faja Deportiva Workout Waist Cincher, Pink, Large/36

I loved it. It was authentic and clearly well-made. I did have to return it though and here is why. I'm 5'4, 155 lbs and my waist measure around 29-30. After reading many reviews, I decided to buy a size Large (36), color PINK. It arrived only 3 days after I ordered it, using Amazon Prime. Very fast shipping. I was super excited when it arrived, and tried it on immediately. I knew it was supposed to be a struggle to get on and pretty snug, but it wasn't that way for me. I was able to put it on the second hooks, right away, so I knew that it was too small. Refunds are FREE and they were very easy and quick to refund my money. I ended up buying another Anny Chery Deportiva Workout Waist Cincher with 3 HOOKS from another seller in a size MEDIUM (34) color purple, same sturdy built. The 3 hook was a longer than the 2 hook and was able to cover my love handles lol (incase anyone else has love handles, this is important to know. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

LOVE IT!!! I ordered my t-shirt size (Large) and it fit fine. My t-shirt size is actually med/large. After 10 days, my waist has already decreased around 1.5-2 inches and I have a size Medium being delivered today. It took me about 4 days to "season" this cincher and after around 8 days, I felt as if I could go smaller. I've also lost around 4 pounds wearing this. I wear my cincher around 12-16 hours a day....almost from the beginning. The first 4 days I wore it around 8-10 hours--it was uncomfortable at times, but nothing crazy. I love it and love the fact my waist is smaller and my weight is decreasing. I do wish it was around 2 inches longer however. I probably will order another cincher in a nude color so I can wear light colored shirts/tank tops as well and the cincher won't show through. Also, when I first put it on I just tried on all sorts of form fitting dresses and just stared at myself in amazement on how great I looked. I told my husband that I felt this was a game changer for me in my weight loss efforts. I'm able to easily visualize myself thinner with this on and it's encouraged me tremendously to maintain my healthier lifestyle. Also, just feeling it on me is a reminder that I want to lose extra weight. It also helps with appetite because it pushes your stomach in. If you eat just a little too much, you'll feel miserable for a little while. However, I just LOVE how great I look in this. I highly recommend getting it. Great purchase!!

I'm giving 4 stars only because I was hoping to get more use out of the 2 sets of closures, but after 2 times wearing on the first set, I was able to wear it on the 2nd set the third time. I feel like it stretched out... the quality is great, but I'm dissapointed that I'm going to have to purchase a smaller one very soon.. I will say anyone with a shorter torso, this one will be perfect. I tried the 2023 style and it was way to long! I couldn't sit or bend over when I had it on. This one the 2026 style is perfect I can wear it all day and do everything I need to. I have worn it to bed most nights too!! If your looking for an authentic Ann Chery for shorter torso this is the one. Just remember it only has 2 sets of closures and it will stretch out.

I ❤️ This. I am 5’ 8’ 160 and according to the size chart I should have ordered an xl (36 30 38.5) but after reading the good thoughtful reviews, I got the large. It was a lil bit of a struggle to get in (hack to do it without help - hook topmost clip, then hook bottommost clip. Start hooking from bottom up to waist, then unhook top hook and continue to hook up to top). It took me about 7 mins to get it on, and once on, it gave me that snug but comfy hug I grown to love. I’m only on the first row of hooks. Will update if/when I have to cinch in to second row. Lying down is comfy too, so I may have to buy the latest 3 hook to sleep in if this works out. Fits my torso perfectly with no bulging back fat above or below. No rolling, but haven’t worked out in it yet. Thrilled so far, though 😊 and glad I went down a size to get the perfect fit.

Meh... Not for short waisted gals. I'm 45, 5'1", 115 lbs and bought a size 36 L because my waist is so short, I really had to size it closer to my hips. It actually fits great from my mid-section down except for the very top.. No matter how low I try to pull it down, it's pressing up into my breast area and it hurts. I can only wear it standing up (like when I'm fixing my hair, putting on make-up or housework), but def not sitting down or even attempting to use it while exercising. Just be sure to note your mid-section height before buying. Mine is only about 7" in height and this item's front part measures 11" in height. I failed to do that.

I read so many reviews before I purchased this and i finally decied to go for it. I was paranoid about the sizing and even tried to cancel my order to go a size up according to the reviews but the item already shipped and it was too late. Well Im glad becuase the size was perfect. Im 5-9", 160 and have a 34 inch waist. It fit exactly how it was supposed to fit. I ordered a large. The first day I wore it for 6 hours. I forgot I had it on. It sucks you in like noboby's BUSINESS!! my waist was sucked in by 2 inches. I live alone so there was no one to help me get it on but I didnt really have a probem with that. I wear it under my workout clothes and it looks great. There are a few benefits to this baby: 1- mentally, you are more cognizant of what you are eating because you have this sucker wrapped about your waist for 6-8 hours a day and you are subtly reminded of why you should make better food choices. Why mess up your progress by reaching for that ice cream after all this sacrifice? 2- great back support. I am a bonafide sloucher and for a tall girl it just looks sloppy. I love that Im forced to sit up straight- that in and of itself is a major confidence booster. 3- it motivates you to get the look natuarlly. I have found that I eat better and exercise more when I have this on. I plan on giving it 3 months to see any real results. I do not sleep in it- its uncomfortable for me to wear this lying down. Also driving in this thing is a pain in the butt. I take it off before I get behind the wheel if I can. My dear friend saw how great it looked on me and she is buying hers today. You can see the hooks under form fitting clothes which is a bummer. whoever invents this same cincher with invisible hooks will be a millionarie! All women would wear it because it puts Spanx to shame. Try it for yourself - it was a great investment. Thats the whole point right? Invest in yourself!

Ordered the L based on weight and it was too small. So don't do that. I saw a review that had my similar measurements, and a L worked for her. Not for me. Not only was it too small, but it looks more like a back brace for men. It's length is short and looks nothing like the picture, it's like 3-4 inches shorter than it is on model. And the back length is shorter on back. It also does not have 3 hooks as described, but 2 row hooks. I'm returning and getting a different waist trainer all together.

From under breast to hip ratio it's too small by a few inches...if I lower it down towards my hip the top portion of the workout waist faja cause a small roll under my bra....looks ugly! Also the top part digs into my skin which is annoying because I can not wear the faja no longer than an hour before it starts to hurt! Other than that the latex material holds everything in just wish it was a little bit longer to cover my hip & the top elastic that digs into my skin!
