Ever since I started taking I sleep better and I feel my stress levels are down. I would recommend at least trying to see if it works for you.

Update: I was given a refund based on my experience which made me elevate to 4.Previous post: I was influenced to try this product due to someone I follow. Sadly when I opened the product, one capsule had come apart and filled the container with the contents.Additionally don’t love that the dosage is recommended 3 times per day.
