Magic in the kitchen! Must buy!
This is a MUST buy! This book is basically making you do magic in the kitchen. These recipes are so unbelievable good, that it makes you wanting to make more and more of the recipes. 200% yes if you are into plant-based cooking AND love to eat delicious snacks. This book basically has everything you need when you are looking for healthy, plant-based and gluten free recipes. I highly (highly!) recommend this book to anyone who loves to experiment in the kitchen! Thank me later ;)

Delicious and Healthier
I recommend, just leave out the coconut oils that she uses in the recipes for low fat. It is not needed. I would give a 4.5 star rating.

Book title should include “for coconut lovers”
Almost every recipe includes coconut (and Medjool dates) in some form. If you are a fan of coconut (and/or Medjool dates) this book is for you. Skip this book if you don’t care for either. Coconut (and Medjool dates) ingredients show up in every recipe. This book was a major disappointment for me because I do not care for coconut or Medjool dates. Nowhere in the description of this book does it say this is a cookbook centered around coconut (and Medjool dates). That being said, the photos are beautiful, it is well organized with simple directions, easy to find ingredients, one appliance only, font size and print color are perfect. I wouldn’t change one thing about that!

Delicious desserts
I have made a few recipes from the book for a family dinner and they were a big hit. Very tasty and delicious. None of the guests knew it was sweetened with dates and it is a much healthier dessert choice
