Great "Toy" - Not Great Product
First, let me say that the ergonomics and feel of this mouse are great. I've not had to replace the batteries yet, and I've been using it nearly all day, every day for the past 3 or so months. It took me a few weeks to get used to it, but now that I am I will be replacing all the mice in the house for one "LIKE" this, but not this brand or model. Why - Great Question! This mouse came with a working back and forward button, but within a week they stopped working - literally 7 days. It's not a driver issue as it worked perfectly for 7 days; nor is it a software problem - the buttons simply stopped working after 7 days. Besides, this does not offer recharging capabilities and on its own is fairly low quality - but again, the ergonomics and feel are great - it's just not for serious every day use.

Seems to hesitate alot, and a bit of a learning curve
Bought this to help with shoulder issues. The angle takes a bit of getting used to as the weight of your hand is distributed differently than one is used to. Now, after about a month of use, I seem to get alot of movement hesitation and the main click button requires alot more force and time clicking it down before releasing so that it will 1. click, 2. not attach itself to the thing I'm clicking on a dragging/invoking the command (such as in a photo editing program). I changed batteries to assure it was not that. I was blaming my Windows 10 laptop but I switched just now back to a boring Dell wireless mouse, and it's responding fine. Is there a driver update or some other technical issue that can be solved with a driver fix? I'd like to like this more.

WOW!!!!
This ergonomic mouse is AWESOME. Ok the first couple of days it hurt because my hand was so used to the "bad" mouse. Finally, I got used to the ergonomic one and it's wonderful, NO MORE PAIN. It was so great, I bought two for my husband and I am going to have to buy another one for my other laptop! No Kidding. this is great for gaming, so super fast. Easy to squeeze and I never use the two buttons on the left of the top. The wireless adapter is inside the mouse, remove the panel for the batteries and it's hidden in there in a special little compartment. Very convenient. I would definitely buy this if you have carpel tunnel, and I also bought an attachment that goes on my desk, A metal arm that rotates and I can rest my arm in it. This mouse works great with that. I bought my husband two of them. The sellers were really fast in shipping and getting them to me, even when I reordered more. They are really friendly. Great work and fast service! Thanks so much.

Watch your batteries
The mouse was going 'dead' after a few hours on rechargeable batteries but I found out that the culprit was a bad AAA cell that wouldn't hold a charge. I put in some new alkalines and it is purring like a mouse...oops, I mean a cat.

I love this mouse
Very easy to adjust to using this mouse and it is so much more comfortable to use. Anyone who works long days at their computer can tell you that after a while the old version of mouse makes your hands (especially palms and wrist) sore. This mouse is ergonomically correct. And the company VicTsing is a pleasure to deal with. I had a problem with the 2nd one I purchased and they quickly and politely addressed the problem and made it right. Great customer service.I am recommending this mouse to all my friends and co-workers. Yes, it is that good. (and No, I am not a paid sales person nor get any financial benefit from this.)

Very Low Quality Mouse
I was happier with the Anker version of this mouse. None of these mice seem to be especially durable. The scroll wheel has started to squeak on this mouse, and I've only been using it for 4 days! Also, you have to open the flimsy battery compartment to store the USB plug. The Anker has a convenient slot outside of the battery compartment. Now the scroll wheel squeaks all the time! I can't take it anymore; I really wish I would have returned this item!Avoid purchasing this mouse if you value your sanity.

LOOK ELSEWHERE: it's comfortable but has annoying periodic functionality issues
UPDATE: Now the scroll wheel is beginning to malfunction. The scroll wheel makes a squeaky noise now and periodically doesn't work at all...VERY FRUSTRATING. Also still having issues with it getting stuck in a hold/drag function, which can cause all sorts of issues especially when working in spreadsheets or text documents, as it may inadvertently drag and move a cell or word to a different area.ORIGINAL: It took a couple of days to get used to, but is now very comfortable. The big issue I have with it is that from time to time, it malfunctions momentarily. Basically what happens is the left-click button becomes stuck in a hold/drag function. It takes about 5 seconds and a few frustrating and confused shakes and clicks of the right and left buttons to make the mouse "snap out of it", then it begins functioning normally at least for awhile. I've used various wireless mice before, but have only experienced this issue with this specific product.

Like the feel, lots of things wrong with it.
This is a review for two of the identical products, one original and one replacement when I was dissatisfied with the original.1. Clicks are sometimes unresponsive. I would hear an audible click, but nothing happened. At first I thought my laptop was slow or my browser or internet was slow, but every time it happened I either waited and nothing changed (suggesting no click at all), or I had to click again. Not the biggest deal in the world for me, but definitely a product flaw.2. The squeak! The reason I asked for an exact item replacement was because the mouse wheel started squeaking while scrolling after about 2 weeks into use. I thought maybe I was unlucky, and thought a replacement over a full refund was the right thing to do. However! My new one has now started squeaking as well, maybe even louder than the original whenever I scroll up.I would like to receive a refund if possible, it's just not the right fit for me.
