I have a spinal cord injury accompanied with what is called neuropathic pain. The bottom of my feet are sensitive to sensations to the point where the texture of the socks often times hurt and I can no longer wear most tennis shoes because of lower back pain. I have bought more than a few different insoles over the years, hoping that they would in some degree minimize some of the pain. They all, in a short amount of time, ended up deposited in a small plastic bag in the closet. So I bought the Ergo21 Liquicell insoles largely because they were thin and could be placed in the shoes over the existing insoles, with the hope they might just make life more bearable. I have been using the insoles for more than a week and these insoles won't be going into the plastic bag in the closet anytime soon. The insoles have reduced my lower back pain to a large degree and muted a good deal of the unpleasant sensation due to the neuropathic pain. Great product that I plan to use the rest of my life. With flat feet I have, most shoes are not feet friendly. Ergo21 Liquicell Shoe Insoles have helped me feel better during my fast walk to work or casual walk in the afternoons. They have greatly relieved the pressure from the toes and the arches.These are thin and do not reduce room in the shoe, therefore there is no damage caused to toes or toe nailsUpdate 10/11.Today, I wore new shoes with out the ergo 21 insoles, I see lot of difference. My feet hurts a lot...while walkingI will remember to use ergo21 insoles always with any shoes.Highly recommend these to any one. I bought these for cycling. I have a problem with hotspots and painful feet. While these insoles are in an improvement, it could be better. My search for a solution continues.

Ordered a pair, right insole had a hard pebble-like object imbedded in the insole. This object would poke into foot when in use. I received a replacement pair that had the same defect in the left insole. Poor quality control. Using these in this condition is like waking with a rock in your shoe, painful and possible cause of injury.

Has a tendency to roll up when you put your foot in

I was looking for something to help elevate the pain felt in the ball or metatarsal region of my feet. The inserts are too narrow for anyone with wider feet. This makes the insert move and uncomfortable to wear for its intended use.

It is ok but for this price , it is way too expensive
