a great substitute
I bought this as a substitute for oyster sauce which I have never enjoyed. Something about the smell. But the Vegan Oyster Flavored Sauce does the work or traditional Oyster Sauce with the annoying odor. I'm not a vegan, so I can't speak to its special dietary values - only that it is very flavorful. Worth noting that it keeps well in the fridge, so I'm able to fully use the product over an extended period of time.

Great flavor addition
I like this sauce a lot, use it on veggies and tofu in both baking and stir fry. It's a little on the sweet side but not so much as to make it a poor choice, its a good choice.
