I am a mother of 4 triathlete, and over the years I have gotten so burnt out on cross training and workouts. I now have two of the bungees so that myself and my workout partner can "play". I use the word "play" because while this is a very intensive cardio workout, its feel fun like you are playing. I feel like a kid again laughing and having fun, but I also feel like jello at the end, knowing that I've exhausted my muscles in a "it hurts so good" kind of way. Great buy!!! Fully recommend!!!

My husband bought this and hung it in the basement for me. We have 9 foot ceilings down there and I recommend at least 9 foot ceilings or you’ll be too low for some moves. The belt around the stomach is a little large and I’m not really able to tighten it as tight as I need it but it still works and I get a great work out from it. He accidentally bought me the wrong weight class the first time and I felt like the belt was the same size even when we exchanged it for the smaller weight class. Regardless, this works great for me and I use it 3-4 times a week.

I had ordered this a year ago and due to construction I did not get it installed until recently. It looked like all the parts were there. The bungee cord that I thought went with it did not work at all. I later discovered that the bungee cord went to a different product that I had ordered at the same time. I wrote the seller and asked if they would send me a new bungee cord. Not only did they happily do that, they sent me a whole new system. Wow! that is customer service. They had every right to simply tell me that it was past the time frame to get any exchanges.About the product itself, this is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I have only tried this a couple of times, but the harness is very uncomfortable. I will keep trying to adjust but I think the straps that hold the leg straps on should be n the side of your leg and not on the back. Every time I squat it either cuts into my legs or climbs up my butt crack. Both of which are most uncomfortable. If anyone has any ideas on how to solve this please advise. If nothing else I may look into a different harness.I think it is going to be a lot of fun, there is definitely a learning curve but you can do a few basic moves easily.

Nice heavy duty quality a little longer than expected but works great well recommended fast shipping packaged nice!

This arrived quickly. There were minimal instructions, especially with how to wear the harness. Its very strong and well made but it isn't fun to use as it is uncomfortable. I'm returning this.

It’s a great workout but pretty painful around my thighs. I tried adjusting and padding around the straps on my thighs but it still hurts. I have bruises on the inside of my thighs from 1 workout. The buckles on the leg straps are in the wrong place and not on top on the padding so that’s what’s causing the pain and bruises.

I actually purchased this after trying it at a friends house. I actually had *fun* exercising whereas I normally loathe it. So this will definitely make working out a LOT more fun and enjoyable.

Returned almost immediately. You need an extremely high ceiling, I am a size 14, and the harness is impossibly small.
