Perfect fit.
I have the BakFlip MX4 on my 2012 Chevy Silverado. Worked perfectly. Wrap the threads with Teflon tape to ensure it will not loosen and fall out.

Stop pointing at my knob.
What can I say, as far as replacement knobs go, this is top quality. It fits perfectly into the hole, and screws...and unscrews with the same zest and zeal as the original.

Perfect fit, identical to what came with the cover. Actually comes in a qty of 2 which makes the price more reasonable. That was very clear when I ordered. I put loctite on the new ones so that I dont lose them as quickly as I did the orginal
