Bullen Airx RX 44ACE neutral ph disinfectant cleaner is a one-step neutral disinfectant that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, is virucidal (including HIV-1, HBV and HCV), fungicidal and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew and their odors when used as directed. Cross contamination is a major housekeeping concern, not only in hospitals, but also in schools, institutions and industry. RX44 ACE has been formulated to aid in the reduction of cross contamination on treated surfaces. It is EPA registered to kill Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (the virus that causes AIDS) and it is recommended as a pre-cleaner and disinfectant where there is a likelihood of contamination by blood or body fluids with the potential for transmission of HIV-1, HBV and HCV. RX44 ACE is particularly suitable for use in water damage restoration situations against odor causing bacteria on the porous and semi-porous materials: carpets, carpet cushions, drywall, trim, frame lumber, and paneling. For use in health care facilities, ambulances, jails and other settings where there is likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces with HIV (virus that causes AIDS), HBV, HCV blood or body fluids. Also for use in other areas for general cleaning, disinfecting and deodorizing of surfaces such as floors, walls, tables, countertops, sinks, bed frames, toilets, shower stalls, tile and grout and drinking fountains.

great smelling germ killer
I purchased this to use and now that the season for germs is here I would like to try this versus bleach or wipes. The wipes are getting to be costly for me and wanted something very effective and this has worked very well. The smell is minty and is great compared to bleach or the wipes. I will purchase this again when I run out. I am glad to have found this as 2 oz for a gallon of water and it will last a very long time. I figure this to be the cheapest way to go and kill germs. I have used this on the door knobs, sinks, counter tops, toilets. I rinsed the counter top off after 10 minutes to make sure there is none to get onto the food. If you are looking for something to kill germs and want to save some money- give this a try.

So Happy With This Product
I was looking for an EPA rated product to disinfect around the house during Covid 19. This was it! It came fast at the time I purchased it. Was packaged extremely well. Smells great. Goes a LONG way since you only need 2 oz of it mixed in a gallon of water. It is EPA rated with an EPA number which is important. Now I see that it has been reported about locally in my news casts during the pandemic because it is used in hospitals and gyms and truly does disinfect. So so happy with this product. And the company that makes it. I researched it all first before buying. Do the same, you will know why I am so happy with this product.

Used this to kill Black Mold
It works. I purchased this to kill Black Mold which began to accumulate in my home after all the rain we've had here in Virginia.
