This is my second ebike kit: the first came missing cables, no documentation, and mismatched connectors. This kit arrived complete, albeit with scant documentation. What really made the kit easy was their customer rep Anne—she was a available (via WeChat and other chat apps) to quickly answer questions and provide documentation. She walked me through all the steps I didn’t understand and provided help when I needed it. I’d send her a photo or screen capture and I’d get a response often immediately.

I found my battery was low that if I gave you too much power shut off and I had to quite often but the last time I had this happen I hit the brakes right away and the bike recovered from it 30 v back to 65v

Very disappointed with this kit from NBPower. I bought this same kit from NBPower through Alibaba and it has all kind of problems. I would not recommend it.

I've taken this bike up to 60mph with constant acceleration the whole time. Acceleration is wild be careful. Peak current draw was in mode 5 10000w. Customer is amazing. I have been communicating with customer service through whatsapp. Any problem I have encountered was solved very quickly through whatsapp. I sent pictures and video to customer service and they reply in minutes not days.

Very good and powerful motor I really like it, bike is super fast... Good communication through WatsApp very responsive ,good explanation how to assemble it. Highly recommend 👍
