If you are a new lifter or an experienced one trying to push through a plateau, this is definitely the one for you. I take 2 scoops which give me 6g of creatine and I'm just about to order this for my third time. Perfect addition to your whey protein. You may get the powdery feel in your mouth when you drink the last sip as it mixes only 80% but you would never taste it. It does mix better if you use a blender or shake it longer. But if you are a person in a hurry like me you can just get used to the powdery feel for one or two sips and don't worry about it.Excellent results. Excellent price. A must-have supplement.

I am currently using this product for the 2nd time. It is manufactured by the same company which manufacturers creatine for one of the top brands. However Labrada creatine is comparatively cheaper in price compared to the top brand. Quality is very good and I have noticed results without any negative side-effects. Any creatine product should be taken with a fast acting carb for better absorption and to avoid any kind of dehydration.for best results you can take 1gm pre workout and 3gm (1 level scoop) post workout. This way you will be within the adequate dosage and you may be able to consume it for a longer duration and also achieve consistent results.
