Amazing water!
We have a well which is ridiculously high in iron. As such, we have a whole house treatment system consisting of a calcite tank as a first pass to remove iron, then a pleated filter to remove more, then a final softener tank to remove any residual. After all this treatment our water comes out of the tap at @ 150-175 TDS. Water still has a bit of a smell to it especially when boiled like when making coffee. It's not life shattering, but I can definitely smell "something". Water is clear and not an issue for showers and wash. However, I was concerned that there was still enough residual "stuff' in the water (perhaps sodium from the softener). So, I decided to treat the kitchen sink water further for all our drinking and cooking needs. After some research, I landed on iSpring based on reviews and I also called them directly to get a sense of their response and customer service. I was quickly routed to Michele who recommended the 6 stage system with attached pump since we're on well water. System delivered in the expected time and was well packaged. There are lots of parts and pieces, but I watched the recommended videos and read all instructions word for word. I was able to install the entire system in a few hours not including the time it took to install an electrical outlet under the sink for the pump. The system has been running for a few weeks now and there has been no leaks or issues. Michele also swapped out the nickel finish faucet for a matte black one to match our existing faucet setup. This was done at no charge! TDS has now dropped from the previous 150-175 to @ 10!! Water has no taste or smell and has an amazingly "soft" mouth feel. Never thought I could be so excited about water! All in all this has been a great purchase and addition to our home. I feel much better about drinking our water and knowing that it is as clean and pure as we can expect. Time will tell of course, but for now I can truly recommend this filtration system to anyone looking to improve their tap water quality. Thanks Michele, thanks iSpring!

Great RO Filter System
This RO filter really is very good and excellent value. I’ve had mine now for nearly five years and it has been reliable throughout that time. Very easy to install and easy to swap out the filters. Never had any leaks and it has stood the test of time. They also have great customer service. I particularly want to give a shout out to Nick. A couple of weeks back one of the pressure sensors was misbehaving and the pump was cycling on and off constantly. I contacted their support expecting to need to get a spare part but they went ahead and sent me a complete replacement mechanical assembly - pump and all. Swapped that out yesterday and it is back to working quietly and getting me nice clean water once again. So thank you Nick!I will definitely keep these guys at the top of my list when looking at home water treatment needs.

Good value and service
I've had this system running for 6 years without issue. I have it plumbed to my fridge and kitchen sink from the basement. The pressure and output has been great for a family of 5.I had my first issue recently and reached out to support for help diagnosing. I am impressed that they stand by their products for so long and was shocked that they offered to send me parts for such an old unit. Thanks again to John at iSpring for the quick responses and support.

Great RO system and tremendous product support by Nick
Florida is not noted for its delicious drinking water and Sarasota is no exception. To rectify this I ordered an iSpring RCC7P-AK reverse osmosis under-the-counter water system from Amazon four years ago. I am not the quickest guy in the world when it comes to putting things together but it was was relatively easy to set up because the instructions were clear and the company has posted a step-by-step YouTube video to facilitate the process. The taste of my water is now much improved and the unit worked flawlessly for four years with semi-annual filter changes until a few weeks ago when the flow was very slow coming out of the unit.I called the iSpring customer support telephone number and was pleasantly surprised. Instead of encountering an answering machine with a long menu of options to choose from interspersed with music and product offers while I answered the questions and waited in line for an agent to answer, a real person actually answered my call. And not just any person, but a trained technical services representative named Nick.Nick asked why I was calling, I explained my problem and he immediately began troubleshooting it over the phone. He suspected my pressure tank was probably low in pressure and recommended that I empty the water tank, adjust the pressure with a bicycle pump and pressure gauge and then give it a couple of hours to refill. He told me the procedure was clearly explained in an on-line YouTube video which he told me where to find. He finished by saying if I had any questions or problems to feel free to call him back.I did as he directed and for a while the RO output water pressure was fine. However after about a week it reverted to being super slow again. So I called the iSpring customer support telephone number again and, just like the last time, it was immediately answered by Nick.I explained that the output RO water pressure was low again and that I had checked the pressure in the tank with my pressure gauge and that dirty water had spurted out when I checked the pressure and the gauge read 70 psi, which is 10 times what it should be. He concluded that the tank had a ruptured diaphragm and needed to be replaced. He asked me how old the unit is and when I told him he said it was out of warranty. I prepared myself for the worst, figuring it was going to be expensive to replace. To my surprise he said he would send me a new one at no cost if I would send me an Amazon proof of purchase receipt which I promptly supplied. The following business day I received a mail saying the replacement pump was being dispatched. Now that is what I call customer service. Hooray ISpring, Hooray Nick!
