Motorcraft Starter Motor

Blatant, deliberately misleading and therefore false advertising! Great price for a NEW starter, but poor price for rebuilt, remanufactured, not new starter. It is disclosed no where that this starter is REBUILT and N O T "new."

The problem with starters is they all seem to start off fine. This one is no exception,it appears to be remanufactured well. Will have to give it some time to rate it's durability. I went back to motorcraft after having installed a Bosch and optcy starter. Bosch was fair and lasted about five years. The optcy only lasted a year. Optcy was cheap and it was reflected by it's longevity. Will update if there is any issues.

I wanted to put a motorcraft starter in my 93 bronco, I didn’t want a ac delco , even through it’s a reverb , it worked perfect, and the delco had good reviews but I felt I would have better luck with motorcraft, and it worked perfect!

This unit Does come in a Motorcraft box with a NEW part number on it, BUT this is a REFURBISHED!!! ITEM, NOT NEW !!!NOTHING in the listing says REFURBISHED !!@! and This starter does not have anything on it saying its Motorocraft, except a small sticker with the part number on it >>>???? SO How does anyone know this is not a refurbished POS ! Totally Deceitful listing ! Unfortunately we paid the premium price to get a NEW MOTORCRAFT STARTER ! and Unfortunately we have to install it tomorrow, since we are going out of town ! Otherwise it would be returned immediately !

Great replacement option. Went on a ‘95 Bronco so wanted it to be/look original. So far it works great also.

The auto parts store I picked this up from sold it for twice the price. This was an upgrade for my 87 ford. The old was big and heavy

my 1995 F150 (lightning) starter finally gave up the ghost, 140k miles,... easy enough to change, two 1/2" bolts... of course i had to change the cable lug while i was there, but the actual starter change on this vehicle is easy breezy
