I have Canon PIXIMA IP 3000. I have always bought generic ink for it - many years. Thought I would try this even more economical vendor. I have only used one of the cartridges, but so far it works just fine. None of the aftermarket inks will give as accurate color rendition as OEM ink, but I knew that and I do not use my printer to normally print high grade photos. I send those to Walgreen or CVS, etc. It is cheaper to do so, by far. As long as my printer lasts, I would buy from this vendor until the quality does not warrant. One thing I do to extend the life of my Canon printhead, is to use cleaning cartridges twice a year. The cost of replacing a printhead is almost as much or more than replacing the printer. And they may not even be available anymore. The only reason I rated this product at 4 stars instead of 5, is because I have only used one cartridge so far.

The printer cartridges were placed in clear individual plastic wraps, then placed right next to each other and then wrapped again in a larger clear plastic bag. I believe that by placing them side-by-side caused the ink cartridges to be pushed against each other, putting the ink under pressure. Also, one of the orange twist-off "covers" that are found on all ink carts these days became loosened during shipping, causing one of the cyan carts to leak profusely. Ink leaked >through< the individual plastic the cart was in and onto the exterior of nearby carts.IMO I would have been better off buying new carts at retail, then swapping out 2-3 carts to be refilled as necessary.Color does seem slightly "off" but with an old printer such as mine (Canon ip3000) it's hard to tell.

This pack includes 12 individual ink cartridges -- thats 3 black cartridges, 3 cyan, 3 magenta and 3 yellow. For the price, it's a heck of a deal. Such a deal, in fact that the phrase "You get what you pay for" comes to mind.So, with that said, I can't say I was overly surprised to find that several of the cartridges had leaked ink all over the insides of their protective plastic bags. If the difficulty I experienced cleaning my hands is any indication, the ink should at least be durable.That said, the colors look good enough, and it's hard to argue with the cost, so maybe occasional inky fingers is a price I'm willing to pay for cheap ink. Your mileage, as they say, may vary.

I purchased this ink set to revive an old Canon printer sitting around and it has surpassed my expectations!Packaging: Sufficient. Bubble wrapped in a yellow envelope. Nothing fancy, but got the job done.Product: All arrived intact, NO leaks. All cartridges installed without a single rouge drip of ink. Follow the instructions - Peel the sticker off the top, then remove the orange clip. Worked like a charm.Use: So far we've printed many, many things (with a wedding coming up, we have plenty left). - Invites on Staples 110 lb card stock = amazing. I admit it could have been a tad more "vivid", but by no means does it look bad or washed out. We even opted to print extra little cards for our welcome bags, simply because we have so much ink to use! - Photos on Matte Pro paper. Printed with a photo profile, with color enhancements and they came out great.Another plus is that it came with BCI-3e cartridges, something I didn't expect at this price. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this purchase and hope they are still available when we require ink again. At this price and quality, you simply can't go wrong.

.The Amazon listing states: "Yes! This will work with the Canon S800"This is not true, these will NOT fit in a Canon S800 printer.The three black ink tanks are a completely different size. At first I thought that they just sent me a few of the wrong size by accident, but after taking a close look at the photo in the listing, I see that the three black tanks have entirely different dimensions from the others.On my printer, all of the different ink tanks are the same size. If this is the case with your printer too, than this is not the product for you. If your black reservoir is larger than the others, than this may work for you.It looks like the other nine will fit properly. No comment yet on quality, though.

12-pack for less than $15! That's 1 set for $5! I've only done a few printouts but I have no reason to expect any problems. They arrived quickly and came individually packaged nicely. No leakage like other brands I've read about. For everyday documents, this works perfectly fine. If you need professional-looking documents, you probably shouldn't be using an inkjet in the first place. I haven't printed photos on photo paper yet, but I tried on regular paper and it looks as good as you'd expect. I don't notice any difference from what I remember of the original ink. There's another reviewer here commenting on the off-color, but to my naked eye, it looks fine. I'm giving it 5 stars based on what it's expected to do... it's not because it is the best ink or cartridge ever, it's 5 stars because it seems to be a great inkjet ink, with no defect issues, and is a great value for everyday printing.

I bought these ink cartridges because I needed a new black cartridge, and it was a good deal. The first two black cartridges I used didn't work at all. One would print extremely faint where I could only read every few words. The second didn't latch properly, so it didn't print at all. The 3rd (and last in the pack) black cartridge I tried finally worked. It seems to work great. I've only printed about 10 pages with it so far, but looks as good as any factory cartridge. If all of them worked this well I'd be happy, but with only 1 of 3 working I'm disappointed.
