Acacia fiber - great replacement for wheat fiber
I have been taking fiber for a number of years due to my IBS, and it was great to find this in pill form instead of the powdered kind. The serving size is FIVE of these, so so be aware of that. You might want to work up to that if you haven't been taking fiber until now 😉

Helps balance out iron supplement issues
I like that this has no taste (gelcap), no after burps like some supplements do. Does not make me gassy or any other discomfort. I’m taking it to help balance out iron in a vegetarian/vegan supplement I’m taking; I just take one a day and it’s working perfectly to keep things moving.

Fantastic product!!
This product has been absolutely life changing for an unusual condition I have called raid gastric emptying (my stomach empties fast making me dizzy, extremely fatigued and giving me heart palpitations if I eat and carbs or sugar). 1-2 of these with a little water 5-10 min before I eat and it completely slows stomach emptying. I tried other fibers and did not tolerate them well at all. This one is SO gentle and easy to tolerate. Absolutely LOVE this product!!

So far so good!
I’ve only been using it for about a week and a half but I really like it I feel like it works really well and I’m glad that it’s natural I am probably going to review again once I’ve been taking it for a while

Works with my sensitivities
Suffering from side effects of Lyme detox and a keto diet, I needed some natural help. This was it, I started on 2 a day as my system has had a rough time. It worked and I went up to two 2X a day with meals. Not the 5 recommendation because of my circumstances. Yet, it’s important to know your body! When it ran out, I noticed the changes almost immediately and got more!

Regulates my hormones!
Currently going through menopause, my doctor put me on hormone therapy and recommended fiber supplements to help eliminate unnecessary estrogen. This brand and ingredient was recommended and I am so happy with how I feel now!

FALSE LABELING - DO NOT BUY ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE IBS
The capsule contains Hypromellose (aka HPMC) and from what I read is not good for someone with IBS. Better to use capsules made from Pullulan. Check out their differences on Oregon Wild Harvest page Why we use Pullulan Capsules. Superdosing claims this product is organic yet Hypromellose is not authorized in ANY organic products. It's also manufactured in a facility that processes Milk, Soy, Eggs, Nuts and Wheat yet the symbols on the front label indicate no gluten, soy or lactose. I have problems with all three yet this company claims it's for SENSITIVE STOMACHS. I didn't realize this until I read the small print after having horrific cramping. Talk about false labeling. Who knows what's in this stuff.

Questionable Wheat Contamination! Not for CELIACS!
This product of Acacia Fiber capsules may work well for patients with IBS-D, but I would not recommend it for anyone with medical history of Celiac Disease or with Gluten allergies. The product is " Manufactured in a facility that processes Milk, Soy, Eggs, Nuts and Wheat." I assumed it was GF as stated on the label, but experienced GI discomfort with the product. When I read the fine print on the label of where it was manufactured, I knew possible Wheat contamination was the problem. R. Lewis
