An Excellent Tool For The Self
It’s the perfect tool for keeping a hand written journal/log/record to help with organizing my thoughts and feelings, and recording them in a private and non-judging place, learning more about my patterns and becoming more mindful, and organizing and working towards personal goals.

Great for beginner trackers!
I really like that this is simple and easy to do. Other mood tracking journals I looked at were either overwhelming or pretty useless. It is divided into week sections with notes and a wheel chart you can personalize. I found a color coded chart online that uses the Inside Out feelings/colors that I use on my wheel. After the week, there are 2 pages to reflect on your week and a question or two to get you thinking forward/positively. Monthly goal tracking is also simple. It is small enough to tote around and has a decent cover that isn’t flimsy. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Tracks what I need without overwhelming me with extras I don’t need
I love the simplicity of this planner and tracker. As I am working on my anxiety I browsed several planners that would help me track what I needed and still plan my days. So many other options have so much information it becomes overwhelming and time consuming that they become counterproductive. This on is short and simple.

Good for daily mood check in's or young adults only
Here is why I only gave it 3 stars:There isn't a lot of room for deep reflection, only surface reflection. You make your own key to your mood chart(I used colors but in their diagram they use patterns), there is no spot for you to write what each color(or pattern, whatever you decide) represents. Lastly, each day has two mood slots for how you were feeling that day, only two. One slot is for AM and the other PM. For me, I have more than two emotions throughout the day that I would have liked to reflect on.PRO's: This would be a great starter book for a middle schooler or young teen who wants to start reflecting on their emotions, or need an outlet to express how they're feeling without wanting to go into great detail. For each new month you get a full calendar, a small area to write down some things to keep in mind throughout the month & and 3 spots where you write down 3 daily goals to keep through the month with 30 little circles underneath each goal to mark if you accomplished your goal that day. Each new week you have a new inspirational quote, a TO DO's list area, circle based M-F mood tracker that you color in based on how you're feeling in the AM & PM, and 7 boxes labeled M-F each with enough room to write a few sentences on how you're feeling and why.Would I recommend this book for deep reflection? No. However, I would 100% recommend buying this for small daily check in's OR for a Tween and/or teen who is new to self reflection or need a way to express themselves privately.

Absolutely BRILLIANT!!
Finally something that's as useful as you think or hope it will be! While I wish this was just a little bit bigger and, tbh, the copy I received showed signs of wear on the outside, for $7.49 I still think that's a bargain. The paper is blissfully thick enough to even use Papermate Flair pens without massive ghosting, which is one of my biggest pet peeves for 99% of notebooks, planners and assorted paper products. Not only do I highly recommend this, but I hope that this will continue to be available on a yearly basis with the same quality of layout and paper.Only thing I wish is that it also came in an undated version.

My second year of owning this planner - LOVE IT!
This will be the second year I use this journal or for the love of god I hope they don't stop producing it!I love this!!! As someone with BPD, Panic Disorder, C-PTSD, and major depression, this little planner does wonders to keep me accountable, on track, and mindful of my ever changing moods and perceptions. At the end of every week is comprehensive reflection page that makes you identify what influenced your moods throughout the week. It also gives you weekly prompts to consider before going into the new week, stuff like (and this is pulled directly from my current 2020 planners):"List three challenges you're facing this week. What are the first steps you can take to deal with those challenges?""What do you feel is your most productive mood? Is it when you're relaxed, angry, or under pressure? Why?""What's one moment you want to remember from last week? Why?"It also has a small spot where you can reflect on your favorite thing about last week and what you are grateful for. It's like having a psychologist checking in on your weekly, helping you organize your thought before starting a new week. It has helped me identify patterns of stress in my life and what can throw me out of control. I've begun having more meaningful conversations about triggers and prevention with my psychologist thanks to this planner.Obviously this is just one of many tools I use to help me stay focused, organized, and mindful of myself and my work/life balance. If you're struggling, definitely reach out to someone, this is no replacement for a psychologist/therapist. However, if you would like to add another tool to your current set and want to start identifying trends in your behavior and begin identifying why, this is a very helpful little book and I suggest it highly!TLDR: Great planner for mood tracking, mindfulness, reflection, and trigger identification. Not a replacement for a trained psychologist, but a lovely tool to add to any growing mental health arsenal. Doubles as a wonderful normal planner too lol.

Good Buy - As Advertised
Planner is not too big, not too small. It is thick but you have to take into account all the stuff packed in there for you to make use of. This is just as advertised, came in a timely manner, and I'm excited to start in on it!

Get it you won't regret it
For years I have been looking for a dairy that can help track my moods and small goals while still having a weekly dairy to keep up to date with appointments. I've tried a few different ones even expensive ones, I felt they were too much and a bit all over the place. This one is perfect. It's a good price a nice simple easy layout to use. Perfect for those who suffer with anxiety and get easily overwhelmed. A simple weekly mood Tracker placed by each week so you're not having to go back and forth. A little habit tracker at the beginning of each month, at the end of each week and month there is a space to reflect on the past week/month, and at the very back of the book you have a mood Tracker for the year. As someone who suffers with anxiety and depression I highly recommend this dairy. I know we are only in day 2 of the year but I've been eager to post my review since I got it. This is going to be my yearly dairy. Please keep releasing them. Definitely made a regular customer from me.

Excellent Mental Health Tool
Discovered this item by pure chance whilst searching for something else on Amazon. I donated my copy to my local Mind charity, and mentioned this item to my GP who has an interest in Mental Health, both had never heard of it. The diary is a brilliant tracker for people suffering from anxiety and stress.Today is the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, my message to people out there is STOP labelling and making judgemental comments about people. Your unkindly words devastate lives.

Good for those who struggle with day to day emotions
I wanted something that was detailed enough to record my mood and causes and also something that made me reflect back on what caused these mood fluctuations. The charts are great if you want to see any patterns in mood throughout the week.It works great both as a planner and mood tracker. Good for those who struggle to do day to day tasks and reminds us of events and goals.A few things I would recommend adding would be a bookmark to keep track of where you’re at. If a medications/supplements/ emergency medical contacts section was added that would be great.

Great Book
2021 will be my third year using this book. I use it to track other stuff as well as my moods as there is plenty of room and sections to use. Love the wee questions at the end of each week, highlighting the cause of your moods and coming up with plans for how to deal with your moods and emotions in the future. Great buy
