I started taking ancestral products back in April when I was searching for a brain supplement on Amazon(is there another place to buy stuff online?) and “Beef Brain” popped up as a recommended product. I noticed that it had an impact on my mood and my focus right away ----- from there I’ve bought almost all the other products after reading the reviews. I almost want to keep the "intestines" a secret because they are truly the best supplement I've ever taken because of all the benefits I've experienced over the last 30 days. The greatest one is the way they make me physically feel which is why I really feel compelled to write a review at this point. Bryan is such an amazing owner w/ countless emails back and forth -- the least I can do is share how this supplement has helped me and changed my life. • INFLAMMATION --- in my body is GONE ------- after taking this for a few days the inflammation in my body is completely gone. I can literally go all day like I did in my mid 20’s and I’m still in disbelief about it. I never thought my body could go back in time and feel like that. • BETTER BOWEL MOVEMENTS/DIGESTION --- After 3 weeks of taking 2-4 capsules a day my bowel movements are getting better and better. These are "Making Pooping Great Again." I’ve taken several things in the past to help with digestion problems like apple cider vinegar, supplements that have pre-biotics/probiotics in them which have helped but nothing like these. The intestines have put my digestion on another planet, I would definitely say the longer you take them the better it gets. It also helps if you take the intestines with the colostrum and trachea. These 3 combined are awesome! • FEELING BLISS/BETTER MOOD – Take two of these in the morning and I’m feeling super happy. When they say your gut is your second brain they aren’t kidding. I can only relate this to my gut healing. Happy gut = happy life! • DEEP FOCUS --- the only way I can describe the deep state of focus this puts you in is like being in “Deep Ketosis” – it’s easy to intermittent fast when taking these because they take away your hunger • WAKING UP EARLIER/MORE ENERGY – I’ve been waking up earlier which I am not a morning person but I’ve been waking up earlier with more energy because these are putting me into a deeper REM sleep at night • DREAMS – I am not a dreamer, but I’ve been sleeping so deep at night that I’ve been having vivid dreams at night which is really strange for me because of my insomnia over the years I’ve never been able to get into a deep enough sleep to dream. • NO GAS – literally have not farted since taking this stuff. I even tested this by eating a whole can of chili one day and I still didn’t have gas…lol • NO HEARTBURN – I always struggled with acid reflux previously. I’ve taken things like apple cider vinegar which has really helped but I don’t have to take it anymore because my acid reflux is gone since I’ve been taking this. • NO BLOATING --- even when I’ve eaten healthy I feel like my stomach will bloat. This has taken my bloating away

As a female with endometriosis, my experience is like most women who suffer with this condition - it takes over a decade to get diagnosed and the "treatment" options are just as damaging to the body and mind as the debilitating effects of endo. And for someone who has been eating a VERY strictly clean and moderated diet for 20 years (a greater part of that I was vegetarian because of my digestive response to meats), the options that conventional medicine have to offer, simply suggest that managing stress is the only "holistic" approach left I can take that doesn't include surgeries and synthetic hormones. If that isn’t stressful, I don’t know what is! And that was most definitely not an acceptable answer to myself so I have spent years exploring by trial and error…this eventually led me to Ancestral Supplements and the sincerely incredible human Brian, the owner, who simply put, has saved my LIFE! Here’s my journey back to a life worth living: My ah ha moment related to animal organs/bioavailability came from my hardcore stance on feeding my dogs raw, nutrient dense diets over the years. And most specifically, as a pit bull owner, managing histamine/allergic responses in my dogs has always been a priority. After my endo diagnosis and some changes that took place for me - namely surgery to diagnose my endo, removal of my fallopian tubes and taking me off of birth control that I had been on since I was very young to treat "heavy bleeding" but was causing severe side effects - in the aftermath of these biological changes I started to have an even more significant response to histamines. I had never had "allergies" before and cyclically I was now having very severe responses to my environment. As one of those many trials and errors, I started to dabble first with animal fats, as I had learned about my body composition and my ability to digest and break down fats very well. I then transitioned into including small amounts of whole liver and heart from a local farm here in AZ that pasture raises all its meats. While the transition was somewhat difficult simply because I have a digestive system that has never been happy - I persevered through this complete shift from vegetarian/vegan to predominantly carnivore. Through this process, it forced me to dive deep on the bioavailability and "like-for-like" impact of eating animal organs to treat my organs. I have stage 4 endo which means it has spread in my body well beyond my reproductive system which includes an impact on my digestive system and my nervous system, including my vagal nerve. I definitely relied on sources of information that were being shared by the Paul Saladino's of the world, but continued to find myself stuck a bit when it came to a focus specifically on women's health and those conditions that afflict so many of us. After digging and digging, and finding a lot of great reviews of Ancestral Supplements, I was intrigued to keep digging into all of the various options - the most extensive when it comes to desiccated organ supplements. And so I started my journey with just liver supplementation first because my endo can also cause a lot of nausea and I had been struggling to always consume liver in the whole form. Being able to do both - desiccated when needed and whole liver - was a game changer. I had also been rendering down my own suet and trying to incorporate that into my diet, so Ancestral’s tallow was also another great way to supplement without having to consume food in volume when my body was still trying to just heal. Long story short, as a regular consumer of Ancestral Supplements’ liver, thymus, colostrum, intestines, tallow, brain, gallbladder, collagen and pancreas supplements - I have experienced an incredible shift in the levels of pain and frequency that my body feels, a response that many have told me I may never have with my severity of endo. Generally, endo flare ups would put me out for several weeks each month (and yes I know there are only 4 weeks in a month, tragic). Those flare ups have been shorter and more manageable generally. And then there's the mental health benefit - the severe impact of endo and my life experiences have taken a drastic toll on my mental health. I have been diagnosed in the past with PMDD which was very severe when I came off of birth control, although really no better while on it. The "cocktail" of supplements has completely saved my life. When my mental health improved, so did my energy levels. As an always energetic and physically active person, it has been difficult to go through long, extended bouts of no energy - it kills your spirit. But I have found it again, and so quickly. Sustaining through an entire day was not something I could do without pain and exhaustion hitting me and knocking me out by nightfall. Now, I am in control of my energy, my sleep is deliberate and my physical activity is coming back (without the negative effects that endo had prior - I would lose feeling in my legs due to endo flare ups on my nervous system). And while all of these changes sound miraculous, and they really are from where I was in my state of depressed desperation, I still absolutely suffer debilitating pain more frequently than anyone should so I am anxiously anticipating the opportunity to try Ancestral Supplements FEMM!, the only product on the market specifically targeting female reproductive organs with the quality assurance that Ancestral Supplements offers. And while all of these benefits have been overwhelming encouraging to me, it is perhaps my hair that gets the most comments…over the last several months, my hair has been obscenely shiny. I don't use hair products aside from a little shampoo and conditioner. This product and company are unlike anything out there! Their commitment to quality - non gmo, antibiotic free, grass fed etc. - and outstanding customer service is what makes this company unparalleled!! I’ve been taking the pancreas for around six months now and I can most definitely tell a difference. When I first purchased this I was very, very sick. After years and years of tests and very little answers my abdominal pain was at it’s absolute worst and I was truly afraid that I was dying. I lost over 70 lbs w/o trying which is odd because for the majority of my life I’ve felt as though just looking at food would make me gain weight. My doctors had my illness down to SOD, a rare condition, and/ or something involving my pancreas. Having no health insurance, out of money from the expensive tests, and so sick that just getting up to go the bathroom was quite difficult, I was at my wits end and barely able to move. I found this and thought why not give it at least a try. To my surprise it truly helped! Significantly!! It did not perform a miracle overnight but what it did provide was a slow and steady noticeable improvement and, I believe, helped tremendously with my recovery. When I first bought this I was in terrible excruciating pain and was vomiting constantly. I couldn’t keep much food down or at times, even liquid would come back up. My only gripe with this is why does it have to be so many pills?

This supplement is AMAZING for SIBO and GI issues.I have been dealing with mold toxicity and the domino effect from that causing mast cell activation, which causes so much inflammation in the GI tract that motility gets impaired and also mold toxins, candida toxins and bacteria toxins actually cause cholestasis or impaired bile flow. the impaired bile flow due to the toxins makes SIBO worse because HCL and bile are the first two defenses that the body has against pathogens so you can see this becomes an awful domino effect of negative problems. Not only that, but the everyone with SIBO has an issue with Migrating Motor Complex (MMC) not functioning properly, this is basically the flushing in the small intestines that happens when you are fasting. This is how the Small intestines flush debris out of themselves to prevent SIBO. the body releases bile to initiate the 3rd stage of the MMC...so you can see if your bile is impaired due to toxins (google cholestasis and LPS/lipopolysacharide for the studies) that the MMC is also impaired and your intestines can't clean themselves out properly with insufficient bile flow. Also the inflammation in the small intestines causes impaired brush border enzyme output. Both bile impairment and lessened enzymes cause greater pathogen issues in the gut because whatever you don't digest properly, something else will, bacteria/yeast etc will grow as they are able to eat the food that sits undigested. That being said taking this gallbladder supplement has been so amazing for me and given me healing that nothing else has for SIBO and my GI tract. I had been taking so many things over the years, like: enzymes (Klaire Labs Vitalzymes complete was the only enzyme where the pepsidase was gentle enough on my inflamed GI tract), I have been taking berbercap by Thorne for SIBO, Berberine complex by integrative therapeutics for SIBO, binders for the mold and candida toxins (activated charcoal by integrative therapeutics, zeobind (dr.klinghard't zeolite), bentonite by VE irons called Detoxificant or bentonite by yerba prima and organic clean chlorella SL by healthranger. SBI protect powder by ortho molecular (don't buy SBI on amazon unless you want to get ripped off) Anyways, I have had some good improvement but NOTHING brought back motility for me and helped my gut as much as this Gallbladder supplement. There are many other things I could take for SIBO and mold but I am extremely sensitive due to the mast ell activation so I can't take a lot of things (like BFB-1 and BFB-2 essential oils for biofilm which I highly recommend to anyone..see supreme nutritions website), That being said I have been good on certain dosages of the ancestral supplements products. The gallbladder product immediately restored a motility and digestion for me that I haven't had in a long time. Within a about 4 weeks I had a flat stomach again for the first time in FIVE years!!!. I saw improvement in the first week but after 4 weeks it was like WOW. Now that is with a super intense diet that avoids fodmaps and sugars. I essentially eat lettuces, low fodmap green veggies, broccoli only 1.6oz at a time bc more than that is high fodmap and pasture raised organic eggs, chicken, lamb and beef. If I eat other things the SIBO makes my belly blow up but still since being on this GALLBLADDER supplement the effects are MUCH less and if I stick to the diet that doesn't feed pathogens in my gut , then I experience healing and moving forward to where I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel and restoration of my GI tract. I still have to go through with all the mold protocal that Dr. Neil Nathan has given us in our appointments and also can be found in his book TOXIC. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this product and for so many of this company's supplements which have brought about so much healing for our family. I take kidney, thymus and this gallbladder. My kids and husband take the organs. There is healing that these items bring that is incredible. I have experienced dramatic shifts in my health after using these products for a few months. The gallbladder supplement I noticed positive effects in maybe a week or less. A friend of mine with SIBO experienced the same thing. I had quite a lot of health issues and I was constantly tired, fatigued, feeling cold and under the weather. This was also due to old injuries, stress and anemia. I had tried iron supplements which messed with my digestion big time and also the lucky iron fish but it just did not quite do the trick. I already make an effort to eat a clean (no processed food, sugar, alcohol) and nutritious diet with meats and organ meats so I was getting very frustrated. After having tried many things, I decided to give Ancestral Supplements a go and started with the Liver pills. When I first got them, the smell was so fragrant to me and my body was obviously craving it. I started with 2 and slowly worked my way up to the full dose. I did get a little bit of detox symptoms but that was because I should have gone slowly but at the same time, I saw results immediately in energy and I started to looked and feel a little better. Brian, the owner of the company was great and gave me so many suggestions, including combining it with the Spleen. He was right, I made great progress within a week. I then decided that I needed support in many areas and he made some more great suggestions so I have been trying out a new routine. I have set the liver and spleen to the side in a rotation now that the anemia is under control and am using Organs, Bone Marrow and Collagen slowly working up to the full dose. This was over a period of a few weeks, introducing one at a time and noticing the effects and difference of each. Everything has been pretty amazing and I will be rotating many others as I know I need help with thyroid and digestional issues etc. What worked for me was experimenting and getting in touch with my body, noticing how the difference with doses, time when I take them and whether I take them on an empty stomach or on my food etc. The Bone Marrow was amazing… I was having so much issues with my teeth and gums, it was very stressful but this combined with the Collagen, things have improved dramatically. I’m currently on a balanced diet, green, with lots of bone broth and whole grains while on these supplements. I have gradually done away with a lot of the other stuff I was taking but sometimes I will take a multivitamin or Vit C with the organs or collagen. I just didn’t need all the other stuff and I felt much less hungry as my body felt nourished. It was a terrible vicious cycle before, I ate a lot because my body craved nourishment, had bad digestion and absorption and in times of stress relied on sugar so when I tried a healthy routine, I just felt so weak and cold all the time. The supplements also made me feel well enough to change to a solid routine including an earlier bedtime and better sleep by using the blue light glasses and salt lamps. From Brian’s website I did a lot more reading and the grounding sheet made a huge difference. In a few more weeks I now feel like a different person, it is pretty unbelievable. Stable positive mood, energy, clarity of mind, fast rate of healing from injury. It was unimaginable from my state before. It also allowed me to feel strong enough to get therapy for some deep seated issues that I had difficulty in dealing with and I am in the process of spring cleaning my home so I can overhaul my life.
