Appearance, improvement up grade fix my water dipping problems

Everyone loves the white porcelain handles and I like the middle diverter knob so we don’t have that dribbly thing on the tub spout that I used to have to reach down for. The shower head is a bit weak but I have a replacement with a lift off head on a hose that’ll be handier and more powerful. A five minute fix but of course saving water is important too. And the nice thing about this type of faucet is you can control the volume of water with the left and right handles, something not always possible with a single knob shower control. It certainly was a lot of work to install along with the new tub and tiles but was well worth it.

We ordered this for our bathroom remodel because it matched our other fixtures and seemed like a great deal. But 10 months and $700 in plumbing installation and repair costs later, we're beginning to regret our decision. The shower head was cheap, ugly, and lacked any decent water pressure, so we switched back to the one we'd previously been using. The handles also feel cheap and one is constantly needing to be tightened. Then, most recently, the faucet pressure went WAY down. Took about 2 weeks to get a new part--covered under warranty, but communication with their warranty department was kind of a pain (I kept having to email and call for updates to find out when the part would arrive). Turned out to be this rubber gasket that tore, which our plumber said was likely because it had been installed incorrectly in the assembly at the factory. If I had to do it over again, I'd go with another more mainstream and reputable brand.

Looks great! Good purchase for the money. Recommend professional installation. It is not user-friendly. Not made for aggressive use commercially, but for private homeowners that can be gentle, it works satisfactorily and looks great. I did have to change the shower head because I wasn’t getting the water pressure I needed from the overhead spout. I love the white with the brass knobs and it does not look cheap. It looks real because it is.

Works great with a bit of work. I did order a used one, so it may have been messed with before I received it. I had to swap cartridges (hot to cold, cold to hot) so it would work properly. Easy if you know how to. The cartridges are color coded, so that does help. Overall, great unit & no problems after I swapped sides

We own an older home that we needed to update the shower faucets, so we bought a set of 2 and updated both bathrooms and these worked amazing, easy to install the directions were easy to read. they ended up turning out beautifully

My item, NEW purchase priced, arrived in a box that was not sealed in any way, holes in the box and dented on one corner; broken plastic pieces, parts thrown in unsealed plastic bags and loose inside, hardware with wrench marks and black adhesive of some sort on the parts. Nothing was stuck down nor twist-tied to anything, just rattling around in an unsealed box, not even taped shut. I paid for NEW, not used, discarded and damaged! Returning immediately...already got the ups QR code. I should have known better.

J'ai utilisé ce robinet pour remplacer celui d'origine. Pour la fonction douche, l'ancien fonctionnait avec un bouton sur le bec de bain. Celui-ci est plus pratique avec sa poignée au centre aux cotés de celle pour l'eau chaude et de celle pour l'eau froide. L'espacement entre les poignées d'eau chaude et d'eau froide est la même que pour le robinet d'origine. Je n'ai eu qu'à percer un nouveau trou pour la poignée du centre.
