The cat food in itself is great, the cat loves it, however, the packaging and the seller is completely unreasonable. As you can see from the picture the item arrived all exploded out of the package, smelling rotten. I immediately tossed in the bin. After 2 days the seller is offering 50% refund if I keep the item or 100% if I send the cat food back or provide 5 - 6 pictures. No normal person would keep rotten food let alone send it back. Edit: The issue has now been resolved with the seller approving 100% refund.

Hasta ahora venía dándole a mi gato (macho de 14 años con problemas urinarios desde hace 9 años) la versión c/d light en pienso pero desde que ha empezado con estreñimiento crónico, utilizo la comida húmeda para mezclarla con fibra molida, y es lo único que le funciona y está evitando tener que recurrir a enemas. No le doy 5 estrellas por el precio: resulta mucho más caro que la versión en pienso.

Cuando fui añadir el producto a la cesta ponía bien claro que compraba 12x85gr. Que queda bien claro que son 12 sobre de comida por 85gr cada sobre. Ya he comprado en otras ocasiones este producto pero con otro proveedor y se que cada caja vienen 12 sobres
