Very unhappy
The product was without USB and in non working, even the replacement provided was in same condition and without USB. Very unhappy after waiting twice I got a defective product.

The product is very helpful and serves the purpose,i bought it in january and now suddenly it has stopped working. The machine inside is working well but the head is dead. It worked only for 4 months.
