Chinese Checkers
Great game given as a gift. Fun for all the family on a wooden board with proper marbles. Should last a lifetime.

Fun family game.
The game is exactly what I wanted and have been playing it ever since. Such a fun game to have around the house for whenever the family is all together.

Nice Chinese Checkers board.
Nicely made board. As others have said, the marbles can be a little fiddly, but well made.

All good
All good

Poor experience
The grid spacing is a bit small, the experience is not good, only used once, and then thrown away

Great game
Decently made and fun to play.

Deceptively simple - fiendishly complex
The rules are simple, but the more you play, the levels of complexity pile up. Great fun for a long time to come!

Good-sized game with magnetic pieces
When I saw this was a magnetic set, I assumed it was one of those tiny ‘travel’ games you can get but it is considerably bigger and therefore easier to use than that. (I have included my hand in one photo so you get an idea of the size.)The board folds into two hinged halves which clip together securely to keep the pieces safe in transit or storage. The pieces have little magnets inset into their bases to keep them on the board - they’re not the strongest magnets in the world but, as you can see, they hold the pieces securely on even when the board’s turned upside down.Although the board is bigger than the ‘travel’ versions, for my stubby, adult fingers, the pieces are pretty small and close together on the board, making it awkward for me to move one without accidentally shoving the others round it. I guess children will have smaller fingers and find this less of a problem.I do think it might have been a thoughtful move to include a couple of spare pieces of each colour - they are quite small pieces and there are a lot of them so it’s likely to be quite easy to lose one or two and, if you’ve lost even just one piece, you can’t play the game properly, at least not with 3 people and if you lose one of each colour then you’re stuffed!
