It’s a fun family outdoor game. Multiple players play a competitive game. Definitely one for adults and young adults in a group as well no assembly needed. Excellent quality. Comes with its own storage case.

This is a fun game to watch played and when we go over to the lake to play on the grass, we tend to attract on-lookers and always get questions about it. Playing in two person teams is really fun. It gets you outdoors and its an easy game that isn't easy to win. During the pandemic, we played it with my ex-husband, his wife, my daughter and her husband (visiting) and my team as a way to spend quality time with each other outdoors. It was so much laughter and fun! Then, recently both my daughter and son were visiting and we taught it to my adult son. For Father's Day, he asked for it to be able to play with his boys and wife at their home. It can be played on grass or dirt: it has sticks that need to go into the ground for boundaries, but of course, you could use something else. But softer ground is best since the soft wood can be dented. Our family loves it.

Good product. Fun game. Would be great for you or as a gift. Not too big to tote around either.

This is such a fun game!! We play it in the summer with the fam and is a good game for any age group! Easily put away in its bad and easy to store anywhere, perfect for summer nights!

I was very skeptical when I purchased this game for my grandson, especially since it was SO much cheaper than the other sets I was looking at! I did have to watch a few You-tube videos to figure out how to play, I'm a visual learner. But, between the great directions that came with the game and videos it was easy to figure out. We don't have a lot of lawns in Las Vegas so we play in a gravel driveway. The wood pieces are holding up beautifully even though they have indents and chips from the rocks. I do suggest playing on a lawn as the game is intended to be used. I wish the bag was made from a stronger material, but it had held up with no rips or tears. We are of Scandinavian decent, which is where the game came from if you research it so we refer to the pieces as skulls and femurs. We love playing! Even the neighbors came over to play and will be purchasing a set! I absolutely love it and I WILL be purchasing another set for us!

We fell in love with this game when a friend showed it to us during a house party. I was excited to find this product on Amazon, as I wanted to share the glory of Kubb with more friends. Since purchase, the game has been used around a dozen times and the wood pieces have held up really well, with minor dings to the dowels and light staining from mud and grass on all of the pieces. Unfortunately, the carrying case for the game is remarkably flimsy. It fell apart while carrying the game to an event, with the zipper ripping clean from the rest of the fabric under the weight of the Kubb set. As a container for an on-the-go product, I would expect the case to be up to the task of regularly transporting the game. I've since purchased a separate, multiuse carrying case to hold the game and the sandbags for my cornhole set.

A fun and simple game! Everyone we’ve introduced to it has enjoyed it!

I bought this without knowing a thing about it. I was a little nervous bringing it home to a seriously game-loving family, but really hoping to introduce something new and different from the same old yard games of Bocce, Bean Bags and Ladder Ball (which we still love btw!). We played it right away the morning of the first day together and the game continued to be in play non-stop for two whole days! Not only is there the physical challenge of knocking the blocks over with the dowels, there is also a certain amount of strategy that is part of the play. And there's an extra challenge because dowels (unlike balls for instance) don't react predictably when you throw them. They may hit the ground and just land or they may hook the ground and fling off in a different direction or they may decide to just bounce right over the intended target. We also loved that you can play with 2 people or 12 people and it's easy to swap people in and out as needed. Also, ANYONE can play--really. In the most recent game I was part of, the best player happened to be an 81-year old who had never played before! The 17-year old did gave him a run for his money, though! The pieces are sturdy and well-made and come in a strong bag for transporting. I would recommend this game to and for EVERYONE!
