This stuff HURTS. 1 drop is the equivalent of about a quarter teaspoon of ghost pepper powder. Very powerful, and the flavor isn't too strong so it doesn't overpower your food. It mixes great into sauces, sour cream, or any kind of fat. It's been great for using during cooking, and on a reheated meal. I'll be buying this again in 3 years when I run out!

In a lip gloss
I added a little less than one drop to a 10 mL lip gloss tube for some insane plumping burn. I nearly seared my lower face off. It was so hot. IT'S THE BEST. THE SKULL ON THE BOTTLE IS FOR REAL. When I run out I will absolutely purchase another!!

Finally- real heat!
I am a super hot food junkie and usually end up adding so much hot sauce and crushed red pepper that the flavor of the food is lost. With this, I can have all the heat I love and still taste the flavors of the food. I usually dip the tip of a chopstick into the mad dog and then swirl it in the sauce of whatever I'm eating. Beware, this is extremely hot and if not blended well, you may suffer.

Great extract, but no dropper included
Great extract, as is always the case with mad dog. However, the bottle just has an open top, when this product clearly requires a dropper. It is very thin so there is no way to deposit this extract without pouring a stream. If you try to do only a drop, it drips down the side of the bottle. Bought a standard dropper online that fit this bottle and makes this product usable.

This stuff is NO JOKE!!!!
Iβd been looking for a cheaper alternative to Hot Honey for my mocktails by making my own. Iβve tried boiling red pepper flakes in honey which worked pretty well, but nothing like off the shelf hot honey. After removing the legally-binding disclaimer from the bottle and donning PPE, I added ONE DROP to a one cup of heated honey, stirred it up and tried maybe 1/8 teaspoon of my new hot honey. That ratio nails it for hot honey. A perfect match. Two drops led to undesirable effects. Any more than that resulted in mild ESP, time-travel, and in rare cases, complete ego-collapse and melding with the universe. YMMV.

Good heat, good flavor
I would have given it more stars if it was soluble in tequila. I put some in Kirkland tequila thinking I would have something similar to Ghost tequila. I used a bit much (not a big problem) and it did not mix well, leaving an angry orange scum at the top. Since it does not dissolve in the liquor when you pour a drink the pepper oil will float on the top. I will use it in cooking, but in drinks it's a failure for me.
