Samyang Bulldark Spicy Chicken Roasted Noodles (Buldak Cheese, 10 Pack)

This ramen has completely changed my life during quarantine. The flavor from the packets is absolutely delightful and amazing. It's spicy but not too much so. Just enough to spice up my mundane life right now. It has given me a new purpose during my time inside. Creating ramen recipes with this ramen has given me a purpose. Add a little extra shredded cheddar cheese makes it even more creamy and gives it a comforting feel. Something we all need right now. I will never eat ramen the same way ever again! My life has been forever changed by this brand of ramen and there is no turning back!

So I've been going thru a bunch of different ramen and ramen like products during the shutdown of 2020 and this is my favorite by far. Very spicy, so if you don't like hot food, skip this one but the flavor is on point, quick and easy to make and just a new comfort food for me.

I am often told not to be trusted when it comes to spice so in regards to spice, I might not be useful. I enjoy the flavor as it’s my favorite Samyang noodle. The spice to me is tame but nothing too crazy and just the right amount of heat as I am a spice fanatic. If you have a mild/low tolerance for spice then I don’t believe this if for you.

A solid Ramen experience. Thick noodles, coupled with a spicy chili oil makes for a tasty, BUT niche product. Overall a win. I'll just put that our there, so if you like ramen or more importantly you enjoy spicy foods then you'll enjoy this product. The powdered chees sauce is the issue...while it DOES provide a distinct tang, AND elevates the overall dish I'd still say it is an acquired taste with the full packet of chili oil. You pair this with some dried shiitake and dried green onion, stock and Miso and you have an superb Umami dish.... You just need to know that you'll HAVE to dress it up to elevate it.

These are awesome noodles, they are my favorite out of all the samyang brand. I usually get them at h Mart but everything is closed right now so this was a good value. We got the ten pack and it's spicy but less spicy than the carbo flavor and much less than the red or black packs. The cheese flavor is good I always add an egg and another slice of cheese. Will be buying again soon.

I love Samyang ramen. The noodles are thick and chewy, the flavor is really good wven though its a bit too spicy for my taste, i always add extra cheese and honey to soften the heat a little. Very good all around. I will continue purchasing these ramen.

I made one for me and one for my partner. I wimped out and only did a light drizzle of spicey packet...I tried my partners and his tasted WAY better then mine. The burn hits mostly the back of the throat and a gentle warmth through out the body. Very Delicious. on a scale 1 to 10. 1 being no spice and 10 being death, I give this a 3 or 4.

I was very concerned with the reviews that said this was spicy because I really like spicy. I was worried that the people reviewing this thought mild salsa made in New York City was spicy; I'm an habanero man. This has great spice that really builds and sticks around a little bit; very enjoyable. The cheese flavor added to the mix is delightful. I've had this with scrambled eggs and bacon and at work will add a soft microwaved egg to it for lunch.
