Keratin Complex Natural Keratin Smoothing Treatment 16oz With Beautify Comb

I was confused as to how many bottles of this product I would receive and if all the correct items were included in the shipping package. First, there was no packing list inside the delivery box so that I could verify that all products were correctly received. Second, there was NO information on the Amazon website -- prior to ordering -- to make it clear that I would only be getting ONE 16.8 oz bottle (NOT TWO bottles) and that the labeling on the bottle would depend on the manufacturer’s packaging (the product name and manufacturer/distributor should be clearly named on a packing list. Third, the comb shown in the product description was not the same as the one I received. Though I figured things out, making the above clear would alleviate confusion.

I followed the instructions as is as described on the bottle. I waited 72 hours and did not let any water touch my hair. I washed my hair after 72 hours and my hair got it curls back. All that 5 - 6 hours of hard work was just waste of time. I am way too disappointed with this product. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

not the same wstered down

I've been using this for more than a year and it was really good, I had it almost 2 months or more on my hair every time I used it.But when I received it this time, the packaging was completely different and it was kind of fake! The print and the bottle quality, everything!!!But anyways I used it and it washed away after two weeks! So so disappointed!!!!! Don't waste your money

Received the Keratin Complex, but did not receive the Beautify Comb as advertised.

Yo ice la compra delos tres artículos y solo me llego un producto y ace unos días mi esposa me envió la foto de como el tratamiento de este producto daño su pelo no entiendo porque el proveedor ofrece los dos productos si solo va aser enviado solo uno nocemeace justo

Worked beautifully; bottle and packaged ripped and bottle damaged. Seal wasn’t broke. Love my hair. Supposed to last 6 mos give or take. I will re-record if it doesn’t. Also reciieved no comb??

Received the Keratin Complex, but did not receive the Beautify Comb as advertised.I haven’t tried the Keratin Complex yet, I’ll keep y’all posted once I do.
