Update: Whipping died after 6 months. Heating works (but what's the point, haha). Company was super nice about sending a replacement, so we'll see how that holds up!I am vegan, and this thing froths the living froth out of the soy milk from Trader Joe's! It's almost too much froth, honestly, but my hot chocolates have been wonderful. I do not bother using the lid as it has not been entirely necessary. This review comes after only a few days of use, so I can't speak to durability.For comparison, my partner also has a whipperfrother, and theirs seems to be way easier to clean (based on using the same soy milk in each). This one really needs a forceful scrub to get everything off, and it did not come with a special brush as some others do. Also of note, the base/stand feels incredibly cheap — you will not feel impressed if that's the first thing you pick up out of the box. Lastly, sometimes the whisk pops out when dumping water out after rinsing; I'm afraid it's going to fall down our drain and get lost forever. I would like if that was a more secure attachment point, or if each unit came with an extra frother, or if the vendor sold replacement frothers.In all, I bought this because the price compared to the capacity was great, and I like the look. Due to the cleaning difficulty, I would buy the one my partner has if this one breaks. That said, I do not regret this purchase at all.

I love the look as I have this stored on a wall shelf in my kitchen in my "coffee corner." It steams half and half and lesser density dairy products great. I follow a keto diet so I use heavy cream mostly and the whisk just doesn't spin fast enough to foam the heavy cream how I would like it. Not a huge drawback, but for me that is the main thing that I use it for. I have used the Nespresso Aerocino and that foams everything to perfection and it should for the price tag that it carries. It is super easy to clean. I wish it came with a backup whisk, however. In case anything ever happened to one it came with, I wouldn't want to wait for a replacement or am not even sure where I would get a repalcement.

I am going to give it 4 stars because of the changing parts. The small piece is for heating the milk and if you want froth you need to pour the milk in a class, change the piece then pour the milk back in and press the froth setting.So I love froth but I dont want the drama so I just heat the milk. It still comes out very creamy.The froth feature is amazing also. If the milk is already warm place the froth piece in and pour in the warm milk, press the first button, you will have a very frothy latte.Excellent quality and very simple to use. If you are ok with the small changing pieces then this will be a good purchase for you.

I bought this for my parents for Christmas and they have really enjoyed using this every morning to top their coffee. The milk foams up nicely (they use whole milk) and there haven't been any problems so far. The only issue I would point out is that the place you pour in the milk isn't detachable so it can be a little difficult to clean thoroughly. You also have to be careful when washing it so you don't get the electronic parts on the bottom too wet.

This thing is awesome. If I could change something it would be to have the ability to use less milk

Main issue with this product: there is no cord management.if a product rep or manufacturer is reading this review please consider adding any reasonable method to better store the cord win in a cabinet.

This is a great frother. Highly recommend. I use it several times a day. Makes great froth- hot or cold using regular milk or plant based (i use almond milk daily) Easy to clean and great quality.

This product is amazing! Now that I can make cappuccinos at home instead of going to a coffee shop I’ve saved so much money. Cannot recommend this enough.
