WAY better than moleskin
These things are awesome. I got them to cover some worn fabric on the interior heel of my shoe and they were perfect for this solution. I have tried the ole moleskin solution in the past and, unfortunately, that is only a temporary bandaid. The adhesive on moleskin is not meant for that purpose and the woven fabric deteriorates over time from friction.I was skeptical of these at first because of the foam. My inclination was to think that the foam would crumble or tear over time. That may be true in the long run but for the last couple of weeks they have shown literally no sign of wear beyond some compression (which is expected). Furthermore, the adhesive is rock solid. The only caution I can give here is that it will not stand up to repeated applications. The first one I had to put on twice due to misplacement and that one periodically peels up a little on the corner (still holds for a few days after I push it back down though). The second one I got right the first time and I am certain that will hold for months if not the lifetime of the shoe.I have two minor complaints/suggestions:1. Because of the need to get the application correct the first time, there needs to be an installation solution. My plan for the next time I use the product would be to install this almost like a cellphone screen. I'll place some masking tape on the black part of the product and anchor the product to the heel of my shoe, making sure it is right where I want it. Then I would peel up the product adhesive (maybe with another strip of tape), slowly rolling from bottom to top, making sure there are no wrinkles on the way up. It would be great if some type of install tape/system was included on the product itself.2. While I understand the rationale of including three sizes for those people who are buying this for padding and potentially getting their foot to be snug in their shoe, I really didn't need that. I just bought it to cover the fabric up and add some durability and don't plan to use the larger sizes. It would be great if you sold packs of 3 with all the same size in it. This would also be helpful for return customers who already know which size they want and just want to buy 3 packs of a given size. Otherwise you are forcing people to pay for things they will never use and that may push them to look for a different, cheaper solution.3. Black is what I wanted so that worked out for me but some people might want different colors. Those minor issues aside, I can say that this is probably the best solution out there. Highly recommended!!!

DON"T BUY THESE
I am so disappointed. I may as well have burned the money I spent on these. They don't adhere well, so when you slide your foot into the shoe, they peel right off. I put in another pair and was extremely careful to insert my foot without touching the back of the shoe.As soon as I began walking, the movement rolled the pads off again. The next pair I tried trimming down, thinking maybe that would help. They are now in the garbage. I nearly always give a good review because I'm easy to please, but this was ridiculous. Take my advice. DON"T BUY THESE.

Varied Sizes Can be Helpful
I liked the varied sizes to handle different situations. The thinnest ones tear easily so if you do not get the placement right initially they may tear when you try and remove to reposition. The other brand that I have bought at Walgreens seems to hold better. When I put my foot into the shoe I seem to catch the top of the pad and begin to peel it off.

Weak adhesive = doesn't do the job
These were a complete waste of money for me. I bought them for a pair of wedges that were a little loose in the heel and a pair of moto style boots that were a little big and still have shoes that don't fit because these pads have no sticking power. For both sets of shoes, the second I tried to put my feet in, the pads peeled right back off.

Totally What I Needed to Save my Converse!
So I bought a pair of Converse low tops and couldn't wear them for months because the heel cup on the right shoe was rubbing my heel to a blister that would knock me to my knees within a few steps! I was ready to sell them when I found these guys. Totally saved the day and I couldn't be happier. Be sure to use a shoehorn when slipping your shoes on, though!

Would give 5 stars if the adhesive was better.
These helped a lot, when breaking in new work shoes (with stiff heel and back). My only complaint is that sometimes when I slip my shoes on, this liner peels off. Now (after multiple times) the shoes need to be very loose, before putting them on, so the liner doesn't peel off again. Would give 5 stars if the adhesive was better.

Junk.
These are pure junk. Very cheaply made foam pads, with poor adhesive. Every time I put my feet into my shoes the liner would roll and I'd have to pull my foot out multiple times and fix the liner. If you decide to purchase these, invest in a shoe horn. That's the only way these things are going to stay attached.

Unable to recommend - product would stick to sock and peel away from heel
Really not a good product experience for me. The size, fit, and different sizes is not an issue. The problem I had was that the adhesive is not strong enough - so every time I put my foot in the shoe, my sock would catch the adhesive and the product would stick to my sock and peel away from the heel. All sizes produced this result. Unfortunately I am unable to recommend this product and had to throw away $8.
