I purchased this to help with my alignment when I am working out. I get lower back pain after working out hard several times in a week and I found by using this sleeve around my waist and hips area this has helped reduce this problem. Yes I do sweat normally but I am drenched when I wear the sleeve. I wouldn't recommend this to be a quick fix to flatten and reshape your body. I believe that proper nutrition and exercise will help with that.

This definitely works for me. It makes me sweat a lot and I try to wear it while I’m at work because I spend up to 9 hours a day there and it is an active environment so I’m basically working out at work but you could wear it whenever honestly but the more you wear it the better the results.One thing is that it hitches lol make sure you wash that every time before using it.

The item is not true to size. I should have gotten a large size than my normal fit.

It makes you sweat a lot but don't like that it's not a wrap around waist trimmer. You either have to put it on from your legs up (which my hips are wide so it stretches it out) or put it on over your head (and taking it off that way is gross because it's extremely sweaty) so I will be ordering one that wraps around.
