I was rather nervous about ordering a mattress online. However, after a little research, I decided to give it a try and have no regrets. As a matter of fact, I have another on the way! It's comfortable, very easy to set up and the most important thing - it is made here, in the USA! So, if you're thinking about this Brentwood mattress - look no further!

There is everything to love about this Brentwood mattress - I am so happy that we purchased it! It came rolled up tightly in plastic and boxed, so the packaging protected the mattress well during shipping. We got it fast after ordering it - maybe a few days. We opened the package and the mattress poofed up right away, and it did not have a smell to it at all :-) We use the mattress over a rock hard futon mattress we were trying to sleep on at our cabin - let me just say THAT futon was killing us slowly before we bought this mattress. The 7" Firm Gel Infused HD Memory Foam Mattress (just so you know exactly which mattress I'm talking about) is a comfortable sleep - firm, but not hard. You do feel cushioned, but you do not sink in and feel trapped like a rat like other memory foam mattresses. The covering of the mattress is basic, and like any mattress you will want a mattress cover/protector before you put on your sheets. The most important part of this mattress is the genuine firm comfort while you sleep, Made In The USA (we didn't want an import from China), and the price was excellent. We will be getting another for our guest bed.

It was ok. It smelled really bad for about a week and a half. Now it just smells a little. It's pretty comfortable, but I need to get a box spring to go beneath it. We tried it straight on the slats of our platform bed, but we could feel the slats through. Currently its on top of our old mattress.

I purchased this mattress in a full size for my 4 year old daughter and it's perfect! It's not too firm or too soft, it's just right! I purchased the best priced memory foam mattress for my older daughter about 2 years ago and I thought that mattress was nice... This one is a lot nicer! I think the Brentwood is a bit more firm than the best priced memory foam one, which I like because it seems more durable. I wish I would've found this one back then. I love that it's made in the USA and is one of the more safer options for a mattress, something I didn't know or even think about back when I was mattress shopping for my older daughter. Also, the only time I noticed a smell was when I put my face directly on the mattress. Other than that, there was no odor in the room but I opened the windows and put the fan on to air it out anyway. This is a very comfortable mattress and I'm very happy with this purchase!

They claim that the memory foam has 2" cool jel top. Can't tell the difference between this one and another one that I had a few years ago. My body heat still remains high. Not pleased with mattress.

I waited a few months to break this mattress in before posting a review. I'm pretty satisfied, it's not too firm or mushy. The quality of the stitching and fabric seem good. I bought a nice USA frame to go with this and have no regrets. I think this is a better deal than any of the junk they sell in the chain mattress stores for a similar price. The first few mornings it was really hard getting motivated to get moving. I think my body was making up for the crappy sleep I was getting on my old POS mattress.

I dont want to go no where ....all I do is think about my bed, if you want a great night sleep you must get this bed!

I bought this as a gift, so I am not sleeping on it every night but I can give you the review by proxy.It's used in the main bedroom of a single 150lb sleeper every night of the week. She loves it and says it has retained a comfortable firmness. I Read a lot of reviews about people using this model in 2nd bedrooms and campers. Don't hesitate to place this in the master bedroom.
