Nicely made
I assume that it came as in the photo. I was disappointed to only receive one rack. However the on shelf/ rack is nicely made and I really like it.

Perfect
Perfect for what I needed. I'm using in my bathroom to declutter my counter. Easy to install. No tools are needed. Glue is amazing.

Sticks out too far off the wall
It sticks too far off the wall. Don't buy this if you are installing it next to a cabinet.
