Bellinzoni STRONG2000 Consolidating Sealer for Sandstone, Limestone, Marble, Granite, Terracotta, Concrete, Facing Bricks (5 litres)

Background: I have a villa and we costructed an additional roof by some jholachhap civil person. He put marble on top and all was okay but during the rains we would experience severe leakage. This was back in 2019. We then hired another civil person in that same season and although he was slightly better but still no better than a jholachhap again. He asked to break marble saying this marble is not good and asked to put granite. We agreed as we knew no better than him. So he broke the marble and in the base applied Dr fixit and then put new granite. The entire process costed me huge Rs12000.Fast forward 2020: During these rains only in heavy rains the water would seep in and it was covid time we did not do much.Fast forward 2021: This year we had cyclone in my city (Taukte) and literally buckets of water seeped in that area. My mom wasted entire day cleaning the area again and again. At one point I was thinking of selling this place and moving somewhere else as this was mentally very frustrating. I kept researching on YouTube how to fix roof leakage as I had no faith on these so called civil persons.Solution: I bought 1 kg of mseal and 1 bottle of this product. I applied mseal along all edges and on granite I kept applying coats after coats until the granite could no longer absorb the solution. The entire process took around 2 hours majority in applying mseal. As such it dries in few hours but manual says it requires 24 hours curing time and thankfully during that time there were no rains.After the cyclone we had severe rains but not a drop has penetrated in my house!!! This product does wonders it keeps the water afloat beads get formed on the surface and whereas previously water would be absorbed in granite in few hours now it stays there for a long time (entire night) until the water is evaporated in the air.Lesson learnt: all granites and marble are porous and one need not break entire marble but just apply this chemical appropriately.Only thing remains to be seen how long does it last. I think the manual says 3-5 years but I assume it would last a lot longer because I applied it very deep and several coats and since it is rooftop there is no foot movement there so coating should last a long time atleast until I sale my villa and buy a bigger one :PPS: now only thing remains is to do more damage control of painting entire area again but that is another story ...In brief this product is 100% recommended I have not seen a better product than this in terms of quality and ease of application.Buy with confidence!Attaching one photo of my roof top taken during night.If you find my review helpful be sure to help others by pressing "Helpful" button.

this was delivered on Jan 31 evening and applied on the same day. I found this product very effective and excellent in water repelling qualities. its a bit time consuming to constantly apply but that is worth the effort.
