High Quality Lamps. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I purchased 3 of these lights to install under my kitchen wall cupboards. The lights were easy to install and come with the clips, screws and easy fit electrical connections. The lights are very slim and super bright and represent excellent value for money.Purchased from What Watt via Amazon with first class customer service and fast free shipping.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very light and very bright!
Having checked the reviews online I bought 2 x 60cm size of these fittings for my garage. The existing single pendant light simply wasn't bright enough, even with a high-wattage energy-saving bulb. The fittings arrived very quickly and were well packaged. As mentioned in other reviews they are very light weight, although not flimsy.I mounted the two fittings on the ceiling next to the original pendant fitting, and took the power direct from the ceiling. One slight issue was the connections - the power leads from the fittings are only about 10cm long, and the connector provided were an odd "screwless" design. I used my own screwed chocolate-block connectors instead and ran lighting flex back to the ceiling rose.To avoid having loose wires hanging around I fixed a 1.8m length of 16x25 mini-trunking to the ceiling next to the pendant fitting, then attached the new light fittings to it 60cm apart. The cables and connectors are hidden in the trunking.Overall a very neat job, and the two 60cm fittings together put out loads of light - plenty enough for a single garage. So to sum up, a great product at a great price. Slightly fiddly to fit, but no problem for a reasonably competent diy-er!

Bright, lightweight, but comes with some limitations when retrofitting
With this particular product length, the lead, which is permanently fixed to the lamp, is too short. 10cm from one end is simply not long enough, even for a 60cm lamp. If you are retrofitting to replace a traditional fluorescent lamp, then the fluorescent lamp will likely have centre cable entry. The next problem that you're likely to have is that the clearance between the lamp and the ceiling will be about three or four millimeters. This is not sufficient to run the wiring that you will need unless you, for example, can pull through existing cable and remove the outer sheath. This itself is not a particular problem because there will be sufficient space in the channel that runs down the top of the fitting, where the fitting lead itself runs.Lastly, you will have to connect the wires together. Fortunately, there is sufficient space in the channel previously mentioned, such that a Wago 221 inline connector will fit nicely, as long as you trim the leads asymmetrically.

Really bright and easy to install
I bought 4 of these for a roof space. They are really bright, so bright in fact that I only needed two in the loft to replace single 5ft long fluorescent lights. I used the others over a workbench which provides great light for detailed work.I also bought two 5ft versions for a garage and discovered one was enough to replace two 5ft long two bulb florescent lights.Fitting is very easy the metal brackets go up with a single screw and the light clicks ontop. The provided screws are total rubbish I recommend using a decent quality 4mm screw. They just need a live and neutral wire and come with a wago type lever connector which is very handy.

Very bright white battens
Lamps are very easy to fit, just 2 spring clips with single screw hole. It would be nice if there was a cutout for cable exit. The lever operated cable connector is very time saving and safe. I have 5 of these fitted in cupboards 3 in sheds and 2 in the attic. Excellent light output. Recommend. Consumption per lamp is 30 watts though sold as 20 watts.

Great light short lead
This review is for the 600mm version of this light. These are good lights that are easy to fasten in place. I already purchased a longer (1.5m) one and it came with a decent length of wire. However, this one came with a rather stingy 3-4” of wire. How much would a decent length add to the cost - nothing of significance. The people making these things should try fitting them before selling them

Good but could easily be better.
The light itself is very bright and just what I wanted. There are two reasons why I only give it three stars.1. The flex is far too short, barely long enough to attach the supplied connector and allow the unit to sit flush.2. It’s noise. When on it buzzes noticeably, where I have it located it’s approximately 5ft away and honestly I find it intolerable. So now after connecting it all up, I probably won’t use it.

Let there be light!
I recently purchased the V-TAC LED Batten Light and I'm very impressed with its performance. The 20W 2Ft LED tube lights provide a bright and clear 6500K white light that illuminates my space perfectly. The installation was quick and easy, and the light is very lightweight and slim which is great for space-saving. It is also energy efficient and has helped to significantly reduce my energy bills since replacing my old fluorescent light fixture. I appreciate that the LED lights have a long lifespan which means I won't have to worry about replacing them any time soon. Overall, I would highly recommend the V-TAC LED Batten Light to anyone in the market for an efficient, bright, and long-lasting lighting solution.
