Excellent repair service. Old remote key fob sent off for repair and within a few days was returned as good as new. Have recommended this service to all my business colleagues as an alternative to purchasing new.

Key sent for repairs came back not working, sent off second time came back not working, do not answer emailsDid answer phone and just told it was working, I even replaced remote receiver. My second key worked with both receivers, key which I paid to be repaired did not work with either.No help just told it was working

The key is excellent and the service from posting to receipt was very fast at around 48 hours.However 1 star removed because the listing says the form will be emailed but it took 4 days to receive it in the post which meant longer without the car. It was simply an A4 piece of paper to complete and put in the envelope with the key, so it could have been emailed for faster service.

No offence, but I didn’t really expect this to work with my unreliable and dodgy old second mini fob.. Back in 1 day and is looking/working as new. .I’m considering giving my other key a new face too! And thanks for saving me £180 for a VW replacement. Lol
