This is such a cute stethoscope, so helps with my smallest clients. The sound I hear through it is sufficient. I am used to using a Littman for adults (actually I’m currently using an EKO), so I’ve gotten use to the “big guns”, but considering the size and the fact that this is solely acoustic (no electronics), I can hear through it great! Very lightweight, too.

This is a great stethoscope! I currently use an MDF classic cardiology (best acoustics I have found in a stethoscope) and needed a pediatric stethoscope for my job as a pedi nurse and for clinicals for furthering my nursing degree. I am shocked by the quality of lung sounds with this stethoscope. Very good! Diaphram has to be on skin and make sure your eartips are sealed good. Would I use this in cardiac ICU- yes, as a distraction. However heart sounds are soft to auscultation (after using a cardioscope for so long) so would need a bell and feel more comfortable with reliability of a stethoscope with a bell. I would use this for lung sounds in any setting. As long as you are auscultating correctly (on skin, sealed eartips, avoiding rubbing of tubing and thus artifact noise) this is a quality product! Would buy again and again! Just received it so cant comment on longevity or if tubing is stained by scrubs or cleaning wipes, but the distraction of the diaphram itself is worth the mere $40 spent! Quality product for great price!!

This baby stethoscope was pretty decent for the price. If you have a wiggly baby might be a little Harder to differentiate murmurs and things. But a perfectly still, clarity sounds great. It’s super cute and feels super durable

I absolutely love this stethoscope. I recently changed to a pediatric nursing position and all I had was my Littman II lightweight which was way to sensitive to movements to be using on children. This Adscope pediatric Stethoscope is so cute, all my kids love it and the sound quality is amazing. So happy with this purchase especially given the great price. even if it breaks I will be happy to buy it again. My only problem is that the rubber tubing picks up dyes from clothing. Maybe one of the other darker colors wouldn't?

I work at a pediatric ER, and this stethoscope is the best thing ever. I can hear everything I need to, true to the ADC standard (which rivals Littman by common opinion). The interchangeable faces not only make it fun, but apprehensive/fussy kiddos will actually let me listen when I show them the animal face and tell them Mr Tiger (or whoever) wants to hear your chest. They almost always like stop in their tracks and let it happen! The only design I’d change is the ear pieces are fixed so when the animal face is visible while wearing it, the ear pieces are also faced out which means they hang on EVERYTHING. Super worth it though and an excellent value.

I bought this as a student nurse, so I can't comment too much on the quality of the sound. But it's definitely well made and the faces are perfect for use around children, no sharp bits and they're a hit with my flatmates! From what I can tell, this is as good quality as the stethoscopes I've used in the practice room so I'm very happy with it! The ear buds are also very comfortable, an important factor that people might forget.
