Blades are sensitive &damaged remote control keys &tail also damaged two parts

Very nice product...works well. Came as described and with good packing and on time . absolutely recommended

NON OPERATIONAL DEAD UNIT
Unable to charge the helicopter.Either the adaptor is faulty or the inbuilt battery of the helicopter.I was travelling, so could not register complaint within 10 days of receipt as per Amazon rules.Called Amazon toll free, they informed me they cannot help.Need someone to respond and get this thing rectified, I do not want to return it.It is the sentiment of the child, that this must work. And from day 1, he is eager to see it flying. I am not able to do this.

Unreliable, cheap product
This product is terrible... I have it to my niece as a Christmas present. On first charge of the helicopter the charger blew and now I've missed my return window. It's junk now

Cheap in the Local Shop itself with better version.

Unexpected from amazon
Don’t work at all...this is not the first time!!!it happened to me few times amazon items doesn’t work or doesn’t arrive and customer care aren’t that helpful!!! My helicopter never took off and my daughter was very disappointed!!!!
