They are great, I wore them for a 10K last ...
These are kind of narrow, and I would definitely order a half size larger than normal. They are great though, I wore them for a 10K last week and they worked great without the spikes while running on pavement. They also do good on a treadmill. They aren't cushioned at all, so keep that in mind if you are looking for that in a shoe. They are however incredibly light. They also have a good roll to them which makes running easy.

order a full size up, may not work for wider feet
like the other reviewers have mentioned, these run small. I ordered both a half size and a full size up from my normal size, and the full size up was the winner. they're quite comfortable and look great on - however be aware they are quite narrow. I have narrow feet so it works for me, but might not on someone with a wider foot.

... and although the sole seems thin there is quite good protection and cushion for the bottom of the foot
These shoes are extremely lightweight and although the sole seems thin there is quite good protection and cushion for the bottom of the foot. These are not hard heavy clunky shoes. There is little arch support but is seems to be OK for these shoes because of how the lacing hugs the foot far down toward the toes. The shoes are narrow which can be adjusted through lacing. I ordered 1/2 size up which turned out to be a good idea. Subtracted one star because they literally glow in the dark- I am guessing for night runners. But wow! the color is bright.

I normally buy 1/2 size bigger in Saucony running shoes but....
I wear a 7 in Born or Keen, for instance, but I normally get a 7 1/2 in my Saucony running shoes (I typically run in Kinvara). In this shoe, I bought an 8 and it fit perfectly. I ran 6 miles on my first wear with no problems...very comfortable. This shoe does not have the spikes, in case you are wondering. I ran with it on the paved and dirt roads near my house and it had plenty of cushion while at the same time, giving me a lot of "feel" under foot of the road condition. I would recommend this shoe if you are running in performance neutral shoes (like the Kinvara). If you like more stability in a shoe, this might not be right for you.

I love sneakers that are flexible and these are
I love sneakers that are flexible and these are. I also adore this color scheme so yep not much else I can say about it. They are a tab bit smaller then what I am use to but if you wear them after about 4 or 5 days they seem to stretch to your feet and loosen up a little bit.

This shoe runs extremely small!
I've worn these shoes twice. They were snug when I first put them on, but I figured they would get more comfortable with use. The next day I ran in them, and feet were aching afterwards. The next day after running, my small toe was killing me and my achilles tendon hurt so bad, I couldn't run the next day. I'm back in my beat up New Balance sneakers until I can figure out what to do.

TRY IT IN THE STORE FIRST and avoid MAJOR headache
I wanted to LOVE these shoes but I just don't. I initially purchased the purple/orange Kilkenny racing shoes in the 10.5 for CrossFit and they were just a tad too small. I would have been miserable if I kept them so they are being returned. I always wear a 10 and I thought the 10.5 would work. NOPE. Go AT LEAST 1 size up. The purple/orange also did NOT have the metal in the bottom (entire sole is rubber) to attach the spikes which was good for me - I DO NOT want the spikes. I tried to order the purple/orange in an 11 and they weren't available so I went with this orange shoe. I bought this orange shoe in a size 11 and they fit well. I have narrow feet so the width doesn't bother me. If your foot is average to wide, you will not like these. They will squish your foot. Also, this orange shoe DOES have the metal in the sole to attach the spikes and comes with the spikes. U G H I hate that !!! How can the same shoe be so different? I absolutely DO NOT want the metal ports in the sole of the shoe but it doesn't pay to return them at this point. Overall, this shoe is a nightmare to try and order online. Go to the store and shop around in person until you find EXACTLY the right shoe and size. Then order it here for the best price. PS - I purchased this shoe for $20.69... and just days later is $14.42. NOT COOL.

I wear a straight 9. Do not fit in any other size. These shoes were too small. I cannot recommend them for size and comfort because they are almost one size smaller. I did, however, give them to a friend of mine who wears an 8 and 8.5. I see her wearing them 1-2 times a week and she says they are great.
