I am constantly looking for a healthier lifestyle (as we all are). I came across "detox foot pads", and since they are made with natural ingredients, I decided to give them a try. I also know that it is not a medical treatment, it is not “proven science”, but rather a holistic approach (body, mind, spirit, emotions). But holistic medicine does have a positive effect on our well-being in general and have been used in eastern cultures since ancient times. I spoiled myself with them for several evenings and since I had a very restful sleep (due to them I believe) I felt energized throughout the day! These pads work for me. I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants to improve his/her health.I decided to buy these in particular because they have four flavors and are the 2 in 1 type. What I liked about them is that they have a strong enough adhesive to not fall off your feet at night and you can remove them in the morning without effort and without making a mess. The instructions on the box are pretty clear too!PS: I might buy some for my daughter’s teachers because they make a good gift.

Received the package well sealed and in a reasonable time. I've being using the product only 2 days, so I don't feel any change yet. Easy to use and the pads were in place all night with no problem.

I would recommend and use this product again. Satisfied with calming effect it provided for a good night sleep.

I run a lot and those detox foot pads helps me recover. They help me asleep, and i see improvements in my feet circulation.I am aware that there is a lot of speculation in these, but i do believe in them, they work, even if it's a slower process to get the toxins out. They do what they are intend to do.They remain on the sole of the foot all night, but in the morning it is easy to remove them, wash the foot and i'm good to go.I recommend them!

The only thing I disliked about this product is there was no adhesive to stick to my clean feet. Since I don’t like to wear socks to bed, I had to use KT Tape to wrap around my feet to hold the pads on. I washed my feet and then applied about 20 minutes later. Even when I peeled off the strips from the supposed adhesive area it was not sticky at all. My MFG date is 17-07-2019 and EXP is 16-07-2021. Disappointing.

I shopped around for something that would give me relief from muscle tension and discomfort for my feet. I got so lucky to be able to find these natural foot pads! I noticed a difference after using them for a few weeks. They smell amazing and come in 4 different scents.
