Excellent Product and Great Customer Service
I am really pleased with the quality of the cover and it arrived very quickly and is ideal for my outdoor furniture. I had to return one item and reorder another, as I had wrongly ordered the seat set going the wrong way, and the customer service was great. Can highly recommend.

Much better quality than our old protective cover. Had to replace this one to match the new one bought for the other furniture. Delivery was very quick

Good but not sure on durability yet
The product fits the Kettler Palma table well. The cover material seems reasonably strong and thick and looks to be waterproof so far. Difficult to know how long lasting this might be. My main concern is the tie loops, which look like they might absorb water and don't look all that strong. It remains to be seen how they'll stand up to wet and windy conditions. I would've preferred the elasticated style, which have held up well and are easy to fasten on other Kettler covers purchased previously.
