Works As Advertised, But Try Others Too
Does what it's supposed to, but I highly recommend flurbiprofen or ketoprofen, if you can find them. They're OTC in Europe at least.

Great throat lozenges….
First purchased whilst in the UK, so pleased I could get them here when I needed them. Work great, taste great if you like honey and lemon.

These really work well and used to only be able to get in Europe.

Taste great but not a standout for me.
A friend from Canada strongly recommended these, and while they taste great, I didn't find them any more effective for my sore throat than other cough drops I've tried. Good flavor, but not a standout for me.

Reddit Brainwashed Me
I'm 45 and never knew these existed until this year. 4 or 5 months ago there was a reddit post claiming "my roommate" left a some sort of glorious broken English letter to their flatmate who had to suddenly split back to their home country. As a postscript to this letter, they left their unfinished pack of Stepsils, with their highest recommendation. I hate when I fall for that sort of thing but I'm 4 orders in and won't stop. The best part is, not only do they come from different countries, but continents. Australia, Turkey and Italy!!

Arrived just when I needed them , good price , good product

fantastic taste and works fast. Unfortunately I have an allergy to citric acid, and I get terrible stomach cramps.
