My daughter wanted to get ready for the fourth grade and she found this book to be very helpful.

I had bought this for my son who is in 4th grade. The stories are pretty concise and it's easy for him to go through it. The questions are straight forwards but requires thinking so he starts recalling the events that happened in the story and understanding the concept. We do about 2-3 stories daily and it works great. Great supplement for school reading programs and help with reading comprehension! Would highly recommend it for kids who need help with focusing on understanding the story's main ideas and events sequence.

I can't say that I love or dislike the book. It has short stories for reading comprehension. They don't seem very difficult and they don't ask many questions on the passages. For that reason it is okay. Definitely not great.. The one thing that is difficult as well, is that the answer key is very hard to understand. It does not line up with the stories. You will have to read each story to make sure your child answered them right. So if you are short on time than this may not be a great book for you.

Book is good. But it is damaged by rain. Why they didn't delivered in a plastic bag for rainy day? I need to return it

This is a great workbook to practice reading comprehension. The reading passages are varying lengths and cover a wide variety. I also like that the answer key gives detailed explanations for why that is the correct choice.

My students enjoyed reading the stories in the book. Students were asking each day if they had a story to read. They were not only building their comprehension but enjoying the short stories provided.

Teach 4 grade students.

The media could not be loaded. The book was cool until I realize the answer Keys answer was not the right answers.
