It has the right effect
I took a bit more than recommended because I have low blood pressure but WOW it made such a difference, I have been taking it for 3 days now and it made me so awake and energetic and actually happy without any anxiety or any other bad stuff you can read over on the internet. So I really recommend this product, really good stuff!

Great addition to healthy eating
Product received as described by seller. It tastes abit woody. I soak what I need in warm water then leave it to settle and strain the water leavibg any sediment at the bottom.

I add this to my burgers, salads, noodles, etc. and not only is it delicious, it's health benefits are great, with no allergies, and I am allergic to dairy, but this product is truly high quality, and I hope they don't change, except for lowering the price, I hope.
