The item came out perfect! The white background of the photo blended perfectly with the white mug, so no lines or edges showed. The colored image was clear and vibrant. I loved it!

This was my first time purchasing this type of gift. Our precious kitty has been gone for 2 years, and this was a perfect idea to think of her. The pictures came out clear, and shining. I am satisfied with this product.

I was pleased with how this mug turned out. My best friends dog died and She just received this today. It brought her so much comfort and emotions. (I blurred out her face for privacy reasons). It arrived a few days earlier than expected which was pleasant. The only recommendation I would have for this business is to offer a “gift” note at check out. There was no way for me to send this via Amazon as a “gift” which means she got the receipt etc. If you want to make something more giftable you really should call amazon and ask them to add the option of gift at customer check out. Other than that, I would say it’s quality and affordable.

I bought this for my cousin for Christmas and had it personalized with a picture of his favorite race horse running. The picture fit perfectly and you got the true feeling of a galloping horse. Needless to say he loved it and I will be adding to his collection for his birthday

Picture was perfect and came a day early but I asked for a black mug and instead i received a white one .

This was a mother's day gift and some of the wording was moved to a different location than the design I submitted. I understand this may have been a necessary change depending on the equipment they are working with but I wasn't even notified to see if I still wanted the item with the new design. It did still turn out good, just not as good as I had hoped. I still feel it was a fair value for the money and I would possibly buy there again after shopping around a bit but unfortunately I cannot say I would definitely purchase again.
