Very worth the money for what you get, straight out of the box I have had no issues at all. It can be used in ear, or on the forehead with a provided attachment, which can also be used to check the temperature of a bottle if needed.The operation and display are easy to use and read, and I like that it auto turns off after a short period of time if you forget to do it yourself.This also came with a free, smaller digital thermometer for in ear use, it's fantastic, and an amazing addition to the pack!Really impressed, great thermometer! Great value for money!

Digital thermometer
This thermometer is easy to use either in the ear or on the forehead. Have not had it very long and only used it a few times but it has been accurate each time. Not as expensive as some so good value.

Not sure of accuracy
Great thermometer, easy to use. Not sure how accurate the readings are as getting varied readings within seconds of each other

A must have
I purchased this as when asked about my temperature when I was ill,I could not tell the 111 nhs helpline what it was,as I have not had one since my sons were children.I ended up in hospital,so when I got home I ordered this,I have tried it out,and it seems very accurate and also like the free one.I will not be caught out again.

Unsafe.
Awful, unsafe product. Not sure if I just had a dud one or not, but the surface temp was very unreliable, and the ear temp was always wrong. My daughter had a 38 degree fever and neither method registered it, both came out as somewhere below 36.4. My own temp was always around 35 degrees in the ear. Just such a disappointing product, for such a high price aswell. I’d recommend just getting a good little under the arm/in the mouth digital thermometer, preferably one that doesn’t settle until it reaches the top temperature (as opposed to the 15-30 second ones that you always have to re-do several times to get to the true temperature).

Great product would definitely recommend
Superb device with 3 different ways to use. Also great to have an oral thermometer with it and a little bag to keep it in. a very handy set to have.
