This product works as advertised, and has fair audio and microphone quality. The only issue I've encountered is it doesn't stay in my ear very well. I've never had issues with wearing any type of earbuds or earpieces before, but I get a little bit of discomfort after about ten minutes or so of wearing it, and I'm almost constantly needing to adjust it as it falls out of my ear or the microphone falls down from my mouth. I wouldn't recommend using this for something like virtual meetings as I personally would find it a bit distracting needing to constantly adjust it, but it's useful for something like recording video presentations.

Love long cord ….
Worked great. Then after second use, one didn’t work on hearing but did work on speaking. Too late for returning but ordered new because of need.
