Works great and awesome price

This is just what my grandson wanted

I ground down the outside with an angle grinder, but product did not retain strength and popped open and cracked in the bottom. If I had not cut it down, it probably would have been durable as it was strengthened on the outside. Never had issues with the clay crucibles besides sizing for induction coil.

No pour spout, had to file down my own, no biggie tho because it stills works

Haven't burned my house down yet, works great. Came with all the instructions i needed.

Only negative is that it doesn’t come with a pour indentation. A small amount of file work corrected the issue.

I ordered the wrong size but still gets the job done

I really don't have much to compare it to as it was the first time I had attempted to use a clay Crucible with this item and I never got the chance to use the item because upon heating to treat and seal it exploded into many fragments. I would recommend ceramic thus far but I do have a clay Crucible coming from a diffrent company to compare the item to and may have a better understanding of the item soon

Just what I needed

I have yet to test it, it will be months before I can due to the winter season but I can say for sure it looks like it will last awhile, this review will be updated if anything goes wrong. But for now, looks great! Looks quality too

Used it very wrong, and it worked very well. It has survived direct propane torch heating with almost no preheating many times. Knocked one star because no spout implied in images.

The product we received did not have the pour spout, which is why we bought it. It's more of a "cup".

It worked as intended, i even melted glass on this crucible. On the downside, it leaves what I believe are graphite speckles on the outside and inside. The molted glass got contaminated by chose particules.
