My pharmacist actually recommended this stuff and it works. It's 100% natural and I think it's the easiest thing to use on occasion. I like the 270 g per serving versus some other tablets I've used that were double and two harsh on my stomach. I think this is the perfect amount. I've been using Cascara Sagrada for many years and it works really well. It doesn't upset the digestive system.
