I like these better than what I can get at the store bakery and better than the Krustez boxed mix. This one is the easiest to make as well; the ready made crust is delicious. Sometimes I add an extra egg to make it a little more custard-y

Love me some lemon
I love lemon and this is tart but yummy . Cooked as to directions but the bottom stuck to my coated pan . Next time I’m using a smaller pan so it will be thicker . I out powder sugar on the top after it cooled ,,,,, yummy 😋
