So easy to make!
Very good and easy. These freeze great. I individually wrap them and pop them into a freezer bag. So easy to take out one at a time. Hubby loved them.

Desert win.
Best way to make 🍋 lemon squares, this product is so easy to fix. I always get two boxes because the squares don't last long. Directions are simple and let the mix cool before cutting into squares.

Not as lemony as expected. But good
Easy to make but light on the lemon flavor.

Light and Fluffy Delish!
So, I usually buy Krusteaz but Amazon was out so I bought the Duncan Hines brand - and I'm glad that I did! The crust laid out easier than the Krusteaz brand, the directions were similar most box mixes. The filling is not as thick as Krusteaz, nor is it as tart. However, the thinner filling meant a fluffier lemon bar. The fact that the filling is thinner allowed it to generously get into the baked crust. It cooked in the exact 27 minutes listed on the box (for some reason that's rare in my world). After it had cooled for about an hour I had a piece and it was really divine, light and fluffy filling, and the crust.... Oh my goodness, with the delicious filling having leaked onto the baked graham cracker crust, the crust became its own separate dessert. I tell you, the crust was so good, especially at the edges, that I cut out skinny edge pieces and finished them off in a day - they were that good. The tartness that's more prevalent in the Krusteaz mix wasn't missed; I have a jar of Lemon Curd that I thought I could put a dollop in the lemon square right before eating, but I didn't do that because the Lemon Bars were just perfect, in my humble opinion, as they were made, no substitutions or changes needed.

Okay.
Not bad, but not great. Very easy to make. It's moist and yummy, but not a true lemon bar. The crust lacks the buttery goodness and the filling is more like a custard than what I am accustomed to. I prefer Krusteaz brand over these.
