Best wireless headset for the price
First off, this headset is just a rebadged and slightly redesigned Seinheiser Office Runner headset. It literally has all of the same options and performs the same, the only difference I can tell is how it looks. If you loved that headset and are just looking for a replacement, this is it. For those that aren't aware, Seinheiser ended their relationship with their partner Demant, and transferred ownership of the headest business to them, which was then launched under the brand EPOS. As such, they continue to manufacturer many of Seinheiser's previous headsets under their brand, but are ultimately the same products. Now onto the review:This thing is a little pricey, but it's still competes well above its punching weight. I find the headset to be incredibly comfortable, and I love the styling. The wireless range is also incredibly impressive, as expected for a good quality DECT headset.I've noticed some reviews complaining of poor sound quality, and I wanted to make a note of something for potential buyers. This headset has 2 operational modes. Narrowband, which provides sound quality which is in line with an old cordless phone. This mode provides extended battery life at the expense of quality, which is still passable and sounds similar to an old cordless hand set people used in the 90s.The 2nd mode is wideband, which to me, sounds crystal clear. This does chew up more battery life, but I usually still get 6-8 hours of talk time, which is plenty for most any meeting / chat sessions. The best part is that if you do happen to start running low, just throw it on the cradle and take a 15 minute break and the battery will regain ~1.5-2 hours of talk time.I also want to point out that this headset is intended for office use and specifically voice communication. Music and other types of audio will not sound great as it is specifically designed to enhance human speech.I also want to address noise cancellation and set expectations. This is a mono headset, noise cancellation for your ears is non existent and it would be silly to even attempt it. However, microphone noise cancellation is actually pretty good and it does a decent job of not picking up my noisy coworkers in the cubicle next to me. It of course has its limits, so I recommend you pair it with a noise suppression software like krisp if you have the means to do so.This is also anecdotal, but I believe the old office runner headsets had somewhat temperamental mute buttons. I can say that I have had no issue with this headset and compared to my office runner the button actually feels more sturdy. Perhaps this is a flaw they fixed when they gave this unit a make over. I can't say for sure, but it is worth mentioning. The cradle also seems to be less fussy that the old model too, which is great. In summary, when used for its intended purpose, this thing is best in class.

Refurbished
Came wrapped in news paper with no instructions! If using a actual phone leave the phone off the hook and connect it into the white part of the phone green goes into the back of the phone! I love it besides no instructions and how it arrived

All work and no play
Pros:As a business device, this product excels. The reception range is amazing. The battery life is great. It's very lightweight and doesn't hurt to wear for long periods of time. When using the headband, the earpiece is capable of swiveling seemingly over 270° for use on either ear.Regardless of being "certified for Microsoft Lync" it's still recognized by Windows as a plug & play device and it's seemingly usable with any application capable of audio.Cons:The Mute LED is on the product's charging stand, instead of on the tip of the microphone where it's visible to the user. This means that whenever the user is away from the charging stand, it's impossible to determine the hardware mute state without pressing the mute button to listen for the mute/unmute tone. The charging stand is just what it sounds like--a stand. In comparison with other headsets, which require only a USB dongle and a charge cable, this is a lot of hardware to cart around and is not suitable for business travelers. The device is intended for call center use, and unsurprisingly the audio quality is very low. This was probably an intentional design decision to maximize battery life, but it makes this device a poor fit for mixed work/recreational use.On-board mute button is a plunger design on the volume up/down switch, and an incredible amount of the scraping sound it makes against its housing is transmitted through the microphone to the call recipient. It is impossible to quietly mute using hardware alone. The Volume up/down control is oriented up/down, which makes sense when wearing it on the right ear. However, when flipping to the left ear the user must remember that the volume control is now upside down. It would have been better to orient it along the axis of the microphone arm.Overall: A great buy for the stationary 9-5 office worker. Look elsewhere if you have to travel or if you want to use it off the job.

No Longer Tethered to Computer
I bought this for my wife for her birthday. We both work from home and she's constantly in meetings all day long. Previously she had a corded headset and she could never leave her desk to get coffee, etc. Now she's able to multitask and move around with this cordless headset!

Crisp, clear calls with good noise cancelling
We got a few of these to replace our aging headsets at the office. They have good wireless range for when you get up from your seat while on the phone with a client. The noise cancelling is great. Our clients no longer complain about background noise when other reps are talking too loud next to each other.
