MoenHensley Spot Resist Stainless Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet Featuring Reflex, 87024MSRS

I bought a cheap no name brand faucet about a year ago. It was terrible! It had a sharp edge on the sprayer holder. It leaked! It kept coming loose from the base and I had to keep tightening it constantly. But THIS Moen faucet is WAY better quality. I could tell right away just taking it out of the box that is was way better! It installed perfectly with no issues. It does not leak. It works perfectly. It is beautiful and the soap dispenser looks very nice as well! I would add a picture but Amazon app is not working right when I try. Go figure!

I purchased this faucet to replace the one I previously had just like it. My water softener died and that caused my faucet to get all junked of from the hard water deposits. I purchased a new faucet that you can control by waving your hand, but I absolutely did not like it. So I went on a hunt to find the Moen Hensley and I am so happy I did. Love the look of this faucet.

It’s a nice faucet, it was very easy to install, and it works well. My only complaints are that even though it’s listed as a stainless steel finish, the color looks like nickel. However, I knew that before I bought it so it’s not a big deal. The other little issue is that the faucet head itself is plastic, not metal. Not sure how this is going to affect durability?

This Hensley with all the great features (power clean, refex hose, microban) is a stunning and uniquely designed faucet. However, when ordered...like a few, was concerned about the pull-down mechanism being lower quality BUT, as always MOEN IS QUALITY. The spray head and soap dispenser appears to be a very hard (so no corrosion) plastic/polymer material that looks exactly like the rest of faucet. Everything else is metal. All very sturdy. BTW, my hose was 5ft in length out of pkg...has been easily enough to pull out past sink into pot/bucket. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

Just installed this yesterday. 2 things to remember when installing. Its best if someone holds the Faucet while you install the nut under the sink. I suppose you could prop it up with something to keep it from moving, but wifey was nearby. The under the sink washer is cutout for the hoses and can only be installed one way. I had to loosen and tighten again as the top washer moved the first time and wasn't centered. The weight on the sprayer should be a little heavier, and I would prefer an outer clip (like Delta has) for the sprayer hose under the sink. I'm always nervous about the connection suddenly coming loose and water flooding under my sink. I'll likely use some wire ties or the like to make double sure the connection never comes loose. If I ever change this Faucet, the next one won't be a pull out spray. This one does work well however. Wife seems to love this Faucet so far. Water pressure is excellent although I question 2.5 gpm. I haven't officially measured the flow, but its just fine the way it is.

I purchased this for a friend whose faucet broke. It came in a timely manner, packaged well. She hired a plumber to install it and he did so in no time. She loves the soap dispenser option, and it is very easy to refill. She is very happy with her new faucet.

I've had this installed for about a month and it's great. Easy to operate, move around, very helpful in the sink. All in all, I'm so happy I bought a replacement for my old one!!!

Great product overall. Looks great, has excellent functionality. Only disappointment was that I wanted a 2.5 gpm faucet -- as stated in Amazon description -- but this faucet's flow rate is actually 1.5 gpm.

Bought it on Black Friday sale, good price. The installation is simple, the use is very smooth, the appearance looks very high-end, the shell does not stick to water, and does not leave fingerprints. It is the right choice.

Very nice faucet! Works great. The spray pressure is great but on the regular flow it’s not quite as strong as I’d like. The button has a pause function to stop the flow which is great going from one side of the sink to the other etc. Says stainless which is why I bought it but it’s brushed nickel. Disappointed it’s not the colour shown or stated.

Pretty easy and straight forward to install. Looks good and performs well - Just doesn't feel as sturdy or 'meaty' as other pull downs I have had in other homes. A bit of a plastic/cheap feel.

I'm so happy I got this faucet. It's sturdy, looks great, and a wonderful price. I almost bought something double the price, and it would have been a complete waste.

Easy to install and I love the features one of which I haven't had before. The 'spray' button can actually be set to stay on (others I have had you had to hold the button to get the spray). It's a great addition to my kitchen sink!
