Good customer service
The product is exactly what I expected. Swag also responded quickly and helped me find an alternate ram that works in place of the harbor freight ram.

Ram is no longer available
The 8 ton harbor freight RAM that this was designed around is no longer available as of 2022 December. There needs to be a alternative named for this to be successful.

Bolts/ pins for mounting don't line up- see picture. Can't buy the ram that it's designed for anymore, so now I have a 250 dollar crooked paper weight that I can't return since I tried to mount the only other available ram in it.
